Trade to a member
I have tried to start a trade with Twigg and it's not working.
I tried from a PM to me. From a post in a thread. And putting Twigg's name into the trade box on the trade page. I recently traded to my alt through typing in the name on the Trading Page, and it worked. I am using the Chrome web browser. :) |
I'm going to need you to be a little more specific than "it's not working."
How so? Does it not do anything after clicking the button/link? Is there an error message? Does it appear to be loading but it doesn't? Sometimes, if you (and/or the other person involved in the trade) have a large inventory, the trades will "break" and load painfully slow. And if you're on a public server like a school's, it will not load heavy pages and instead "gives up" and gives an error message. I'm sure someone like Coda can explain better, but this is the best I can do for now ^^; |
It's also possible for our webserver to not reserve enough memory to load the whole trade up. I could work around this by allowing it to use more memory, but I've done that once already and it was just a band-aid solution that's bad for system health in general. I've got a long-term fix in the works, but for now... sorry. :(

For now, I went ahead and did your exchange myself since it was only currency, on Twiggy's request.

It's been taken care of. The issue is that I have too big of an inventory so trades don't work. I had a staff member do the trade automatically for us.
EDIT: What gall said. BI |
Thanks guys! Next time it happens, I'll message a mod. :)

Admin actually, just message one of us, mods can do the manual transfers.
