Okay, somehow, all the background items were deleted/erased while trying to create a new avatar. So, I wound up with the strange issue where an item that only existed it its two-layer form...was only on the top layer.
It works now, but I don't know why...
I use Google Chrome.

Two things.

One, this should have gone in Error Report, or MAYBE Helping Hand.

Two, this is an incredibly common issue, and Error Report is flooded with threads about it. We know, we're going to fix it... eventually.

Oh, okay. Sorry...didn't know (Only knew about the Internet explorer/firefox issue)

Any time back layers disappear, it's the same issue. Some browsers exhibit it MORE than others, but it's all related, and I have a big chunk of work to do rewriting how the avatar editor saves its changes.
