Please Help Me
 

I keep equipping hair on my avatar, but for some reason it keeps unequipping my hair. The rest of the item seem to be fine but not my hair, and my avi just doesn't look right without hair o.0

Two questions:
1) When you look at the layering in the avatar editor, does it show part of the hair as "Below Base"?
2) Are you using Firefox when trying to edit your avatar?

Yes on both accounts.

Unfortunately this is a problem with Firefox. Not sure of all the technical bits, but essentially it messes with the avatar editor to where pretty much anything with a "Below Base" part is removed upon saving. Try using another browser (Chrome, Safari, Opera) and it should fix the problem.

I see, thank you. I'll wait till I go home to add hair, as I use chrome at home.

As a note, there are people on the Firefox forum discussing similar issues - refresh rate. There may be a way to adjust the Firefox refresh rate there.
