Absolutely ridiculous
http://i1226.photobucket.com/albums/...3pQ1qzckow.gif It is summer, yet I am absolutely sick as a freaking dog. WHY?! My lungs feel like they are dying, I cannot stop coughing my head feels like I have cotton balls stuffed up there, my throat feels as if I have shrapnel all down it and my nose is trying to drown me. Oh that and my ears keep popping. I have a feeling sleep will elude me for the most part for awhile. Pain killers are not working, I cannot afford antibiotics nevermind I am partially immune to them having used them so much in my lifetime already, so I have no idea what to do but keep warm, drink tea and eat/drink lots of soup and stay away from milk. Do any of you ever suffer from colds/illness in the summer or the off seasons common for illnesses? Anyone have ideas what I could do to help feel better sooner? How often if ever do any of you get sick do you think? (I am sure some of you have iron immune systems, while I have anemia and a weak immune system)[/size] http://i1226.photobucket.com/albums/...Fwl1qfel73.gif |

http://i1226.photobucket.com/albums/...3pQ1qzckow.gif Hun that definitely counts, and oh my goodness! How on earth did you get pneumonia in the summertime? http://i1226.photobucket.com/albums/...Fwl1qfel73.gif |

Where are you located Ethereal? Sometimes diagnoses of respiratory infections are related to locale. For example, if you are in the south you could have West Nile Virus (just an example but it is going round now). If you are in AZ/NM you could have hantavirus. If you have an impaired immune system you could have histoplasmosis. However, most likely you have the common cold which we get from a virus so antibiotics would do you no good. I sympathize however as having a cold makes me miserable.
Usually I don't get colds in the summer months. The past couple of years though, in November, I have had bronchitis. Sucked. |
