Missing Runes

I purchased 20 runes for 3k from Amaterasu earlier and the trade didn't go through on my end. Still have the 3k and not the 20 runes I bought.

For info from my side, here is the trade log, and I gotten the Aurum where the buyer didn't get the runes.

I figured this might help a bit, seeing as Ginger is the second person this has happened to.

It says in my trade log it went through for me but it didn't because I still have the aurum and not the 20 runes I bought from you haha

My rune count went down and my aurum count went up.

If you want, post in my shop what item you were wanting and we can do it that way. Its what I did for the other person this happened to.

Alternately I can alter Ginger's aurum/runes since everything went through on your end ammy.

I was wanting the runes for next month's rune donation items just in case I can't find any more for sale this month. I think I will take Ashy's route. Thank you both :)
