Small tanks can hold up to two standard size fish and a few smaller fish along with one or two pieces of decor. Tiny tanks can only hold one fish and other smaller fish and one decor. Ah. A panel is one flat image with the pixels of the fish or creature drawn on it. In an animation, a series of panels, each slightly different than the others, are pieced together to make it appear as though the pixels are moving.

then instead of calling both 'panel' you call the fish panel 'sfish' and the bubbles 'set'
