Price guide is not what you HAVE to sell at it is GENERAL guide to what something HAS been selling at.
Note Anka plushie says Unstable and the price was set at it because a general lack of sales.

Qyoo is fine to ask for whatever they want, as Tiva said the price guide is just a guide. Besides, an extra 1k isn't really all that much more to ask.
