*giggles* Okie... Let's get started! :D

a man wearing a dark cloak walked through the dark alleys of the town. there was a slight bit of fog that rolled through the town that slightly glowed when the moonlight hit it.

A soft tune drifted along the empty streets, the sound soft and comforting as it carried out its lilting notes. If followed it led back to a young woman sitting on the edge of a rooftop as she stared up at the shining full moon. Long black curly locks floated around her in a foamy mass, although they hardly tangled, and when touched felt silky smooth. It seemed the song came from her as she sang to no one in particular. Green eyes fluttered open as she turned to greet a young wolf that nudged her side sleepily. "Charlie.... We go inside now?" The girl, Charlie, giggled softly and scratched behind the large canines ear. "Sure... In a bit. The meteor shower is supposed to start soon."

the man heard the soft sound of the music and was intrigued to see what it was. so he made his way to where the music was coming from.

Waiting quietly for a moment, she leaned on the werewolf and smiled as slowly little bits of light flicked across the sky. "There! See Jason!" Smiling brightly as slowly the sky lit up with the meteor flying by the earth and giving them a small glimpse of their existence. "Amazing... Heh.. Okay now we can go inside. I need to make sure I have everything for breakfast soup kitchen anyways." Murmuring as she stood carefully at the edge of the huge building for a moment. Turning slowly she glanced down for an unknown reason to the alley below, smiled and walked inside.

the man watched as the girl and dog went inside. when all was quiet he decided to climb to the roof. when he got onto the roof he lay there and watched the rest of the meteors fall from the heavens to earth.

Having made sure that her friend had shape shifted safely and was tucked in bed, Charlir tip toed up the stairs to the roof. She was hoping to watch more of the meteor shower, although sh stopped short when she lay eyes on someone occupying her spot. "Hey.... Might I ask why you're on the roof of my home?"

the man sat up his cloak tightly wrapped around him. when he looked at the girl all you could see was his crimson red eyes in the darkness. "i heard you playing your music while walking the alleys and decided to see what it was," the man said his voice was soft.

"Aww I see... Heh I just like to sing at night because most times there isn't an audience. Sorry if I distracted you from whatever purpose you had for your walk." Smiling still as she crossed the roof and plopped down next to him. Holding out Er hand she waited. "Charlie. Nice to meet you."

the man took her hand, "darc crusada," he said as she plopped down.

She smiled lightly and glanced up at the shooting stars. "It's nice to have a peaceful moment like this during the war. It seems like everyone pauses and takes notice when we have meteor showers now." Saying softly, Charlie pushed her curls back over one shoulder and looked at him.

"yea i guess but i dont know too much about the war," darc said as he looked to the sky.

"Oh.... So you're an outsider then?" She asked curiously and tilted her head as she looked at him. "That's uncommon around these parts... Even if you're a rebel." Frowning as she eyed him suspiciously. "Hmmm...."

"im just a wanderer," darc said, "ive kinda got an amnesia problem." he added as he lay back.

"Ahhhh.... Well unless you want to get dragged into this war then you better get the heck outta dodge." Smiling as her old way of talking was starting to come back to her. "Cause wanderers aren't always treated nicely by the locals around these parts.... Most times we rebels figure they're spies from the government."

darc shrugged, "i can handle myself," he said with a smile.

"Okay if you're sure." Shrugging as she stood and dusted off her pants. "Well... I'll be of now to get some things done. Can't stare at the stars all night." Smiling as she waved and headed to the door to go inside.

Darc lay on the roof for awhile. Then he got on a nearby roof put on a glove and disappeared completely going to sleep in the shadows.

Charlie appeared in the roof at sunrise the next morning, body covered in a simple white nightgown as she stood there watching the brightening horizon, hot coffee cup in hand. "Hmm..." Her hair was a wild mass of curls this early in the morning as she padded around barefoot. "Hmmm.... I need to find a way on that list." Mumbling as she closer her eyes and took a slow sip from the mug.

Darc walked onto the rooftop, "Hey," he said walking up forgetting though to remove the glove that made him invisible.

Charlie froze for a moment and turned to look for the source of the voice. Eyes wide she scanned the rooftop and the neighboring ones. "Okay.... That's weird... Must not be awake yet..." Speaking as she room a long drink of her coffee.

darc looked down at his hands and saw he still had the glove on. He pulled it off, "Hey sorry about that," Darc said standing 10 feet infront of her.

Charlie yelped and nearly fell off the edge of the roof when Darc appeared from thin air near her. "Oh my god! Don't do that again without warning me!" Squeaking as she clung to the edge of the roof before slowly pulling herself back up to safety. Settling down and getting comfortable, she turned and frowned as she looks down at the alley and her smashed coffee mug. "Awww.... That was my favorite mug." Pouting slightly, Charlue turned to look at him. "And now I'm out of coffee..."

Darc looked at her, "sorry about that," he said looking down at the broken coffee mug. "and if i was a coffee drinker id give you some but i dont ever drink coffee so i dont have any on me," Darc added.

She frowned deeply and looked down at the shattered mess on the ground below them. "Then you have to buy me a new a new mug with cute little penguins on it." Charlie declared and stood slowly. "Come down and join us for breakfast if you want.... Ugh I need more coffee." Grumbling as she headed for the door to go in.

Darc shrugged and followed her into the building. "If you want i can give you the money of how much the mug cost." He said.

"Nah..... I'd rather make you suffer through having to find and buy me one." Smirking as she glanced back and have him a little wink before crossing the clean wooden floor over tithe counter where steaming pots of food waited. "Hmmm.... Today I have hash browns, pancakes.... I don't think I did to bad after all." Smiling as she heard a yawn and a young man leaned against her in a pair of shorts."Charlie.... I smell food.... Jason is hungry...." Mumbling sleepily, the young blonde haired man peered up at her with crystal blue eyes before he realized the guest was here. "You hurt my big sister and I kill you." Smiling innocently as he grabbed a plate, loaded it with food, and disappeared.

Darc followed and looked at all the food. "Uhhh ok then dont see why i'd hurt her," He said answering the man.

The man shrugged lazily and smiled innocently. "I dunno either... But I'm just warning you in case something happens." Smirking as he wiggled his brows before a frying pan hit him on the back of his head. "JASON! What the frick do you think you're saying!" Squeaking as she stood there red faced, embarrassed, and mad. Growling lowly she was watched him run off with his gleeful smile.

Darc sat at the table as the man ran off. "imteresting place you have here," Darc said with a smile.

"What do you mean by that?" She asked with an innocent smile as she slid into one of her own dining table chairs with a plate of food and a new mug of coffee. "Ugh..." Grumbling as she pushed her hair back from her face before giving up and putting it all back in a messy pony tail.

"Just interesting people here," Darc said as he leaned back in his chair and let his hood fall back. Showing his features for the first time he had medium length black hair, pale skin, and red eyes.

She nodded slowly and tilted her head as she gave him a curious look over. "Hmm.... I see then... Well if that's what you'll insist upon then." Shrugging, Charlie stood and took the empty dishes to the sink and settled them in hot soapy water. "Well I must get to work now." Murmuring as she pulled out a bag and started to load small boxes loaded with hazardous warning on them into it.

"Going somewhere dangerous?" Darc asked noticing the contents she placed in the bag.

"Mmm.... Maybe~" Giggling as she headed towards the door with the bag tossed over her shoulder. Humming innocently as she stopped to slide her shoes on. "Just gonna go cause some trouble. Typical day for me." Grinning as she waved as she left. "Don't worry about any explosions you hear." Her last warning coming as she disappeared down the street.

Darc watched as the girl left. "Well she is quite odd," He softly said to himself. Darc got up after awhile and went back onto the rooftop to lay down. When he found a nice spot to lay he watched the sky as the clouds slowly drifted by.

As the time passed, a few explosions and rumbles as buildings collapsed could be heard in the distance. Hopping into view from the fire escape of her building, Charlie grinned over at him. "Good afternoon~ Have a nice time cloud gazing??"

"It usually is a good time to cloud gaze," Darc said with a smile. "So that your handy work?" He asked looking to the smoke in the distance.

"Maybe~" Giggling happily as she floppe down carefully to lay beside him. "Hehe.... All abandoned buildings, but yeah." Grinning as she hummed a little song.

"Why destroy abandoned buildings?" Darc asked looking over at her.
