Was in the market for a new avatar building site; then I found this one. Hope to make a lot of friends here. ^_^

How does the currency work here?

well you entered during an event but its close to ending.

For each post you get an amount of aurum. normal currency
bc of the event you also get either 1 silver ribbon or 1 gold.
Runes are donation currency. donate a small amount of money for runes that allow you to buy items that only come out monthly or yearly. (monthlies 20 each, yearlies 50 each)
there is also anka tokens and you earn those by unlocking achievements by posting in different areas and by the amount of times you post. (look at the achievement page to see more on what to do to earn them)

Ok so this site has a lot of different currencies. o.o;

yeah but the main ones are Aurum(posting currency), Anka tokens(achievement currency), and Runes(donation currency). other than that the other currencies are temporary

I got 5 or 6 different achievements. What are these achievements good for?

they give you anka tokens and those tokens allow you to buy items from the shop under token shop

ah I see; so I should have a lot of tokens from those achievements.

you get more for the slightly more difficult achievements.
