What's the first thing you do when you log on?
For me I just lurk around trying to find a place to post.
What do you guys do when you first try to log on? Also sorry if this thread was made some where else. |
I tackle the New Posts button...before I realize there're specific threads I need to check.

The first thing I do is take a peek at my subscribed threads. I check for any new users that have popped on, any announcements, that sort of thing. Then I wander off to fetch a drink and/or food before replying to anything I checked.
... Yep. Routine. I enjoy it. |
That sounds like a good routine, mine might change after a while since I only been on the site for two days

I check as soon as I wake up, so I don't really understand half of what I read. And I usually forget to reply to things all together! -shakes head- Not very efficient, really.

So far, I just start going through the forums looking for places to post. I don't have any friends on Trisphee yet, and so I don't have anybody specific to talk to, and I don't have enough aurum to really quest much yet, so I just browse and try to post. I'm hoping I'll make some friends here soon so I can have steady people to chat with ^_^

Well. -looks at the clock- Today, I woke up somewhere around five hours ago. So I'm not even halfway through my day.

My sleep is going to be all off starting next week I will be working at nights and sleeping in the day in between classes.

I am not nocturnal, I'm just a little... hm...
... Espy might be right on this one. But, in any case. Tris is the first thing I do when I wake up, and the last thing I check before bed. Addiction, eh? |
Hey, ditto. I have a compulsive need to be on Tris until literally half a minute before I get into the bed.

This is something I'm aware of, after watching many a night where you're still lurking an hour after you said you were going to bed... give or take.

The first thing I do when I log on is check for new announcements. Then I check the Help and Error sections for new threads/posts. After that I check the Marketplace, and from there I hang out in my Subscribed list for a while. It's a rather set routine.

I always lurk through the announcements/error reports/suggestions first so I know what's going on, then I check all the staff forums. Then I go through Trisphee Talk, Fashion Trends, and the event forum if we have one up. I check my subscribed threads after those, and then whatever threads need new posts, I bounce between.

I just joined the site... well, technically the day before yesterday, but I only started posting yesterday lol. So yeah, I'm still pretty newbish. ^_^

I check my subscribed threads hoping my brain will think of something intelligent to post. Then I just wait for others to post while I check the other sites I frequent. ' 3'

I'm trying to be more social (which is actually kinda difficult for me). |

I take care of any trades/PMs/profile messages first, then subscribed threads, then new posts. I almost always do this.

I don't use New Posts because I don't read most sections. ^^; I just scroll through the front page and watch for unread icons on the sections I do read.

I always check my settings to know which places i post in have been posted in.

I lurk in the shadows, then eventualy i post a little then *poof* i vanish back into lurker mode. This will change over time as i get to know more of the great people in Tris

I always check the forum games first and respond if I can. Love those things to bits!

first check my own threads to see if there were any replies and then go try to find new places to post in xD

The first thing I used to is was check out the shops/marketplace or any threads I was in. Then see who's online, what threads are active, etc. Finally, I'd change my avatar, or start posting. lol
