I saw "deck" and immediately thought of ships. Still've a really strong memory of an awesome fourth-grade field trip.

"All hands on deck!" Oh, my crew got into so, SOOOO much trouble, and one punishment led to the next because we (...technically, I, because I was the mate telling everyone what to do) messed up on punishment which gave us another one...

3. Hmm.. Something dark... Opposite? I heard bloody mary, though I'm not sure how you would go about making that into an item....

There are only two colors in a card deck too.....
