As you can see, I am Reyoki. Why have I made a thread? Well, I'm holding a little contest.

You see, I came up with an extremely complicated avi not too long ago, and people have been trying to guess what all I was wearing.

Now, as you can imagine, I got a kick out of that. I even had the mighty Lucid thinking I'd somehow gone and ninja changed her own avatar somehow!

Ah, but I suppose you'll be wanting to hear more about this contest.

I am going to post up the avatar that's had people so confounded, and you're going to try to guess what all it's wearing!

SCORING

I will be scoring this based on how many items you guess correctly/incorrectly.

~A correct answer is worth +2pts.
~An incorrect answer is worth -1pts.
~You may enter an unlimited amount of times.
~Your highest score will be posted on the front page.

~Do not try to bribe me.
~Do not blame me if you do not know the name of an item.
~Do not be an ass.
~Do tell me your favorite Trisphee color.

~I will not tell you which answers you got correct/incorrect.
~I will tell you how many answers you got correct/incorrect.
~I reserve the right to kick out anyone I deem to be unsavory.
~I will give you this hint... there are forty-three items on it.
~You don't have to name the exact color of an item. Simply saying the item name will suffice, like Belts Corset or Elven Cloak.
~Items that may appear both above and below the base in a single pose count as one item.

@MIZZY: I suppose I could put up the total number of items... not that it will help you any.

@ESPY: Ooh, does that mean Espy is going to enter?

@QUIET: Nope, you have to tell me which item from the bundle. There might be more than one item from a single event bundle on there.

@ARI: You never know until you try! Who knows, you might guess enough correct items to win something! If you don't even try, that's like giving your potential prize away!

I'm totally going to try! And fail misterably, but it'll be a good way to learn items for me in a fun way! *As in winning some runes!* What a good inspiration.

It's too bad you can't have a newbie version. I'm just going to go ahead and say - all the Mods, and older people have a huge advantage. That is all. *tee hee hee*

Maybe you should do one or two rounds during every event. And use the time in between events to come up with super tricky avatars. ;]

I'll do a newbie version next time with some decent Aurum prizes. I can't afford to put Runes up as the prize all the time.

That one actually took me only about two hours to make. It got a whole lot easier when I stopped trying to incorporate green into the design.

Yeah, I wanted to put some lime green in it. As it turns out, though, I need some more lime green stuff before I can do that. It wasn't turning out balanced enough.

Lime green would've looked great that avatar, but I guess that'll have to wait till next time. P:

It already has over 40 layers on it anyway. Adding lime green to the mix would have been overkill.

I guess, and not just for you. It's already insane enough for us participants, adding another colour would make it even more insane. Perhaps even avatar-sanity? P:

I wasn't thinking of a rune prize for newbies. I was thinking of a small nod to them. To us. HAHAHA! Darn my newbieness!

This is still a good challenge for newbies, but oldbies definitely have the advantage...especially if they have a large inventory. >w<

A large inventory alone does not an awesome avatar make. It takes the channeling of many users to create something like that. When I made it I was channeling Lucid, Poggio, Pinkie, Batty, and Nightmare.

You know what, if I get a third of the items correct - I'll be happy. I don't think I can name them offhand yet, so it's a great challenge. <3

I wasn't saying how having a large inventory would help people create fantastic avatars, I was saying how a large inventory would be more handy with trying to figure out what's on your contest avatar as they they could use their avatar page to test things out and see if it's what they think it is... >w>

Even with a super huge inventory, some of those items are going to be a pain to figure out.

DK's Item Guide can help for figuring out items too.

True, but it's helpful to be able to view each item on it's own. :3

Her guide does that. It shows every separate pose in every color! @.@

That doesn't mean it's going to be helpful, though! Some items can be layered so they change the appearance of other items' colors.

Don't remind me! LOL! This is going to be... difficult.
