So we got paypal to tell me the email and i was like yeah i do not own this email nor is this my paypal account.. i never tied my card online for this very reason. But anyway so they froze the account have it marked as a stolen card and tomorrow we get up with the bank to settle that end of the matter, also i have to see what to do for reporting a possible identity theft. The card that was used was in my name but it had only been used once and that was to pay comcast.
