New Token Items in the Token Shops
 

So guys when will you plan on adding new items in the token shop? To be honest the only item I bought there is the Tilted Halo and I have 1.6k Tokens left with me. It would be so cool if the shop is updated from time to time with new items.

Well, Fen-fen's still working on the yearlies, and then there're monthlies that can't wait until the last moment to be started on, and then there's another event in a few weeks, I think...

yea im sure they will be switched out when they have a chance but remember past events some bundles used the tokens XD so hopfully they do the same next event

We meant to have some new items out in the token shop by now and I promise there are some coming soon. No one could have anticipated that Fen would break her wrist. :(

Like Obbie said, some event bundles used tokens.
I'm looking forward to the yearlies, and some type of common update.

But Fen's short on pixelists. And these things take A LOT of time. =/

oh, hahahah...... you did? I just can't think of a better titles for this one.

We were wondering when it was going to happen long ago within the first couple months of the items, but the artists are overwhelmed with the items, they are dealing with the MIs, DIs, Yearlies, and not to forget token items.

So all I can say is to be patient. I wish I can help them out, but I can't do much since I don't know how to pixelate. Granted I can draw, but it's going to help so little

I thought so too. Maybe we can get volunteered items as token items. IDK how the system works out for the artist and coders, but still...*shrugs* it might work?

I would love to submit some illustrations of my suggested items and it's up to them to make the art of it. i'm not yet allowed to be an artist, so at least a contributor would be fine for me.

I just got here and I want the halo so bad lol. I got 25 tokens and trying to complete things.D;

there's an achievement when your avi has at least 15 layers, that one can be easy when you are creative

actually having a token item design contest isnt a bad idea. So I can get some creative juices flowing. As for my wrist, its not doing well, but I am still getting stuff done. The biggest problem is the ammount of digitally painting I have had to do in the last few yearlies which is whats taking so long. I know it sounds odd to say digital painting because its still soft shade pixeling. But this is literally all done IN color because of what it is. It has taken me days to do the majority of it. Though I am nearing completion on them its more a matter of pain trying to get rid of my creativity.

That's it an item design contest!! We should have one so I can at least unleash my ideas for Trisphee.

I would happily donate some of my time to help create items for free (as long as I got my own item given to me :P). I draw and pixeling is just drawing in smaller scale with much simplier designs. :)

same here, im open to contribute ideas as long as i get the chance to have them also, so atleast the effort's worth it.

now it's about time to start designing some cool items for trisphee.

Every item design contest winner is given a free copy of the item they designed.

If I remember correctly, the ones from the Fight for Freedom's weapon design contest haven't been done yet.

There's some I designed in September of last year that haven't been made yet. But those were hats and probably not good enough to be token items.

XD, well I remember seeing the stuff from the very first contest, the spell and item that goes with it, I haven't seen the stuff from the winter contest but I have seen the stuff from the contest that have followed after that which I think was the masquerade one and then the accessory one, then the weapon and npc. Unless I am missing one.

Lol I actually don't remember where those hats came from. The monster hat, the rose hat or the sushi hat. I do remember the belt and gunners set even though I have no idea where they came from either.

Awesome! :D I plan to try to make non-contest related submissions too and I could pixel them in MS paint or something. I'll have to snag a base from here to keep everything sized right. XD

Neither. I hate Gimp and don't get me started on photoshop... XD I use Painter Tool Sai and Corel Painter X.

I should try gimp though last time i did it turned all my art work into brushes. >.>

i wanna learn basic pixeling. too bad i don't have a graphic tablet.

Pixeling can be done with a mouse -- in fact most of Fen's pixels are done with her laptop's trackpad unless she's gotten a tablet since I last knew.

Sushi hat got made, but I made a veil and a feather hat thing that never got made.
Actually I know the feather hat thing was made because Fen showed me the pixels, but I don't know where it disappeared to. >.>

Foxy, you're best off learning to pixel in SAI. Since we use tool shaded pixels on this site, MS Paint isn't going to get the right look.

Not much to learn, it's just like colouring a regular painting except I wouldn't use NEARLY as many colours as I'd use in my normal painting style. I can get pixeling done fast so long as the ideas keep flowing and my inspiration is up. :) I'm gonna snag a male and female base and then I'll start sketching all my ideas. :D

I use a USB mouse :3 I'm too poor for a tablet yet. OnO wanted one for xmas but I'm sure no one got me one -.-
