talk about anything except love

I'm trying to find odd ingredients to experiment with. Partly for curiosity, and partly to enhance my egg white protein waffles. So far, lupini flour, teff flour and cricket flour are on the list.

I also want to try mahlab and pandan, but those might be too challenging to find.

Any other ideas?

Lovage seems to mostly taste like celery? And also be a humourous band.

Yeah, out of crickets. I've had cricket protein bars, but they had a lot of other ingredients in them.

Curious! I'd definitely try it.

I think some types of grubs might be another option? My grocery store does sell flavored whole crickets, but I ain't about that texture.

lovage is also lovely to look at mixed in with other flowers. it is a shame i can't talk about that here though

um, well i like bugs a lot so eating them bums me out(though they do have a lot of good protein to them)

so, a bug in xkit made tumblr completely nonfunctional. as in: you couldn't reblog unless you were looking at a blog in the dash or you went to the hyperlink of the post itself and reblogged it from there.

i also couldn't like anything.

well, to be fair a well-supplied pillowfort is pretty valuable

I once made the best pillow fort of my life and I wish I never had to dismantle it. I did however use every single pillow in the entire house.

I've never made a pillow fort, but for a while I converted my closet into a quiet place to stay as a kid.

Oh I've done that too :D It's really nice sometimes~ did you have a pillow and blanket and stuff?

There's still just over 8.5 hours until the day truly ends and tomorrow begins. Anything can happen in that much time!

I'm too big (literally) for one now!

Today is painful cramps day. Unless someone spontaneously hands me money or chocolate or coffee, or makes me delicious dinner (which would also be weird since neither the cats nor Derpy have opposable thumbs or any skill at cooking...to my knowledge...), nothing good will likely happen. At best, it will be neutral.
