Hello friends, my phone is dead, I forgot to take my pills when I was visiting my sis so I haven't slept well in days, overall I'm suffering the consequences of my own actions as usual so this is a much less chipper thread than usual

My body is old and tired, void

I've managed on three a few times, but, like, manic episodes. so false energy and sense of indestructibility.
Also, trying to learn to do things left handed because my neck and right arm are in a nerve damage conflict. So far all I can take for the pain is ibuprofin, because pain meds are bad as per opioid crisis guidelines.
Wow, spell check thinks opioid isn't a real word. I don't blame it.

Pre depression rock bottom, I could run on 12 over five.

Though my definition of “run” might have been a little skewed.

manic episodes also made me not sleep like, at all but with meds now I must do things right!!!!!

When I’m super depressed I can live on zero sleeps. Unless I watch fraiser in which case I can get all the sleeps!!!1!!!!11!!!eleven!!!!!11!!!!!1

I don't have words lately, but sorry your brain doesn't want to cooperate, mdom. Mine doesn't either. And it seems the case for a lot of others at the moment. More so than usual, that is.

sad episode was from probably diarrhea from not sleeping
which is why dinner was rice and chicken
but it was fulfilling
