Calling all Trisphites!

Are you the creative type? The competitive type? Interested in grabbing a handful of crayons and running off to get in on that sweet, sweet item action? We're inviting you to make the games for this year's User Appreciation Event! Create your game in the event forum and you will be provided with not only a set of 32 crayons of your own, but enough to pass out among your participants.

Rules

• Each user may make up to 4 games
• Multiple users may host the same game, but any joint games will count towards both users' game limits
• Funded prizes may be between 1 and 20 crayons per win or participant (item, aurum, or rune prizes must be provided by the host)
• Hosts may request that prizes be granted once per day
• Grant requests must include the full usernames and prize amounts to be rewarded
• All hosts will receive 32 crayons per approved game

I'm making another game thread, but it's going to have 4 mini-puzzles inside it (if that's allowed?).
Can I make them 10 crayons each (which allows a user to earn a max of 40 in my thread)? Or limit it to 5 (which keeps within the 20 crayon limit)?

Question because I am dumb have never done an event thread like this before....
HOW do we request the once per day prize grant?

I assume we'd put something like "x crayons daily" in the Prize Amounts section.

But that doesn't make sense?
I juat need to know how to get you your crayons for your Derpy fan art entry.

Because I thought that once per day, the hosts can request a prize grant (so, pretending that I had a lot more art entries, I could request 10 per user x, 5 per user y, etc. But in here or do I pm or...what?)
But I could just have it all muddled up, I haven't been sleeping very well lately, so am easily confused.

That is a good question because when I played mdom's daily fishing game, the crayons were added silently to my account. I don't know if mdom manually PMed Galla every time, or if Galla checked all the posts in that thread and did the grant by herself.

But to clarify on my previous comment, I thought that request only applied to making a thread. We don't need to manually request a prize grant every day because at the very beginning (when we fill out the form) we would let Galla know if she should check that thread daily or just once in a while. We won't come back here unless we want to make another thread. BUT if you want to change your game thread "program settings" from "one-time thing" to "daily", then I guess we'd also come back here.

Either way I'm sure I'll get my crayons soon. Don't worry about it XD

Kaderin, the last time we had this event, users who ran games would PM Galla up to once per day with the amount of coins everyone earned up to this point. As long as no one says otherwise, that's what I would try. Of course it also depends on the actual game - if there are no crayons to be distributed yet, just climb into your hammock with a good book while you wait for more entries.
