I have not been here in a long time but I got an email about this event and I clicked on it and...lo and behold...I remembered my password! :f-smile:

Looking thru some of the threads I see some familiar names. :) It is nice to pay a visit, this was my favorite dressup place for a long time. For those who do not know me, I arrived here from Gaia in 2012. I was a Gaia mod. I keep forgetting to go there though. Um, I guess that is about it, haha. I am doing ok and I hope you all are too. ^^

Hey, I once saw your avatar in the Random Avatar on the front page, and I fell in love :f-heart: welcome back!
Dressing up involved going to your inventory, clicking Edit Avatar, choosing base and items, and clicking Layering to do the cool hacks. I think that's it unless I'm missing some more obscure cooler hacks :s-fancy:

What you can do is, go to Layering in Edit Avatar and see the way you've layered the items in your current avi. I usually take a snip of the layering, host the image and store it in a post in my avatar thread.
That way, even when you're experimenting with different items to familiarize yourself while redoing your avi, if it isn't working out and you want to recreate your previous avi you can just refer to the image of the layering you saved :s-smile:

No problem :3 there is an item guide but I don't think it is up-to-date; if you see any item in an avatar and you want to know what it's called you can post the avatar and ask in my quest thread; Galla usually responds :s-smile:
