The Avalanche game's been around since last winter, although hasn't been doing much. But I hope you've been honing your skills, because Prize Mode is back!

When you choose that mode, you have 1 minute to get as far as you can (hitting stuff slows you down and deducts points). After the 1 minute, you will get a reward of snowflakes.

What's the best score you can manage? :D

Mine is still horrible, I am just drawn to those darn rocks.

I got 1731, just to start things off.

I know you can do better in 1 minute, though.

I got 1400 something. 146 snowflakes :D whatever the score was. xD

I did 1649 and then 2149, those 49s seem to like me.

1535 this time, for 115 points. so I must have had a lot more points last time than i thought that I did. xD oops.

i swear i hit every tree and rock on the way down until about 15 seconds left. it was awful!!

I think my top score is 225 XD

Having terrible handeye coordination, I wind up with a headache every time I try. LOL

1974 this time . and apparantly my high score was 2023? i don't remember getting that. xD

i can't seem to keep the mouse above the bar at the bottom that stops it from actually controlling the sled >.>

To be fair i used to play this game all the time on my first computer when there was a big foot stick figure guy that would run out and eat you. I keep waiting for that to happen in avalanche. xD

at least posting brings in a good deal of snowflakes which I'm thankful for. and i might fade in and out.. haven't eaten all day and we don't exactly have food. so suppers going to be..well nothing but the room mate MIGHT get his foodstamps tomarrow if we're lucky.

LOL! Poor pipes. These days of non smoking give them chilblains.

I have Tris set to 125% mag because my screen resolution makes everything seem tiny, aaaand plus I should really teach myself to not always have my face less than a foot from the screen. The magnification might help. But then again, it also makes it seem like the sled's going faster.

...Eh, I dunno. I blame my long history of PC gaming --> twitchy fingers.

the best i've ever done in games like this are when my computer was really slow and laggy and i could do all the actions with seconds to think about what I was doing. xD

I think I'm around 1700 something x.x;; it's the only way I've been earning snowflakes since I don't post that much.
