I might be Galla (But probably not)!

It's hard to say with masks and stuff, riiight?

It's not as if blue skin gives away who I am. Nope. Definitely not.

While you're here, gaze into my crystal ball, and perhaps you shall find the answers you seek!

...What's that? The fortune teller's over there? Crap. They took my crystal ball, too. Oh well. I'll wing it.

How does it feel to be a fish?

Follow-up question, how many eggs do you lay a year?

Tohopekaliga 06-17-2016 04:39 PM

Kind of fishy, if you ask me.

And, as it happens, I am neither female nor a hermaphrodite, so... no eggs from me.

*offers Kinder Surprise eggs*

Den 06-17-2016 05:45 PM

Did you know that Kinder Surprise eggs are banned in the US, but not for the reason people think?

Potironette 06-17-2016 05:50 PM

What is the reason people think? And what's the actual reason?

People think it's due to safety reasons. The real reason is that back in 1938, Mars Candy Company pushed a law through that bans the sort of candy that Kinder Surprise eggs are, to "Make a more fair market", but really it's a non-competition law. Nestle got sued when they tried introducing a similar candy in the US back in the late 1990s.

Tohopekaliga 06-17-2016 06:22 PM

Kinder eggs came from those mean ol Germans, you know!

I like chocolate and I like silly toys, so kinder eggs seem great. :D

Question: What is that orange creature that is floating next to you? Is it mayhaps a baby dragon? :o

Tohopekaliga 06-17-2016 06:35 PM

It's a mythical salamander!

According to myths, the salamander is a large, wingless fire-breathing lizard. Similar to a dragon, but not quite the same.

Why does mine fly? Rule of cool, of course.

Potironette 06-17-2016 06:39 PM

o_o. I see.. What's a non-competition law though? And what are these meant for?

Because you guys were talking about eggs before, I can't help but see the dragon as a fetus >-<''

Question!

In a scale from 1 to 10 how much do you like numbuh 5?

Tohopekaliga 06-17-2016 06:43 PM

I would give it a 6 or 7. It's a nice, pleasing number, quite acceptable, but not the best.

Potironette 06-17-2016 06:49 PM

I'd say 4, because it looks like it's in the middle of 10, but it's only half. And on a scale of 1 to 10, a 5 generally gives the impression about being neutral about something, but 6 should be able to take 5's place too.

Since 5 is one of the numbers of completion, I give it a 9.

Lawtan 06-17-2016 08:38 PM

Well, I like 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7...but 5 gets a 4 on my scale. Always would make a train or a house out of it. XD

I was not aware non-competition laws were still a thing...and people complain that there aren't laws in place to support businesses (they're just not in place to support small fry...and back to fish again)

What would you do if your roommate was a pile of carnivorous Valentine's day slime?

Tohopekaliga 06-17-2016 08:53 PM

Quite the array of opinions on 5! :O

Numbuh 5 is pleased

Glitch 06-18-2016 01:41 AM

Tam I am 06-18-2016 02:11 AM

Skeery stuffs, dude.

Den 06-18-2016 04:56 AM

It's a scary, scary world, and there are scary, scary things...

Lawtan 06-18-2016 05:48 AM

And Den was one "scary" away from 5 scaries. And scary has 5 letters.

...Oh dear, we've been invaded by Internet silliness, haven't we?

Tohopekaliga 06-18-2016 09:18 AM

Invaded?

No, my friend.

We are the sillies!

Did you know that Oreos are actually a knockoff of a little known cookie called Hydrox. Oreo was launched in 1912 as an imitation of Hydrox. Hydrox was actually started in 1908. Though they aren't super well known, you can still buy them.

Where can you do you know?

Tohopekaliga 06-18-2016 02:42 PM

Some grocery stores carry them. I think I saw Hydrox at Publix, but I don't normally buy that sort of cookie, so I might be remembering wrong.

Maybe it was Winn-Dixie.

lol I was actually quoting a Steam Powered Giraffe song. "Scary World".

Potironette 06-18-2016 03:24 PM

Ohh I read about Hydrox once. But I had no idea they still existed! Although, "Hydrox" is a pretty bad name for a cookie ^~^'

Tohopekaliga 06-18-2016 03:35 PM

It's a very 1908 idea of a good name.

The name is refering to hydrogen-oxygen: Water. Because they wanted to evoke images of purity.

...Weird choice for a cookie, but that's the early 20th century for you.

Athilea Majiri 06-18-2016 03:51 PM

Honestly, I think it sounds like the name of a boss in World of Warcraft. XD

As far as where to buy them, I don't know. I've never seen them in a store. I have seen where you can buy them online though.

Potironette 06-18-2016 03:54 PM

Ohh, hydrogen-oxygen. dihydrogen monoxide?
...I guess hydrogen and oxygen didn't sound like detergent back then x'D

Tam I am 06-18-2016 04:37 PM

I am a scary thing.

Tohopekaliga 06-18-2016 06:45 PM

Yep, dihydrogen monoxide. That super murderous substance. :D

Potironette 06-18-2016 07:37 PM

Gyahaha, everyone who ingests dihydrogen monoxide will die.

Although, I guess too much of it is able to kill someone--but that doesn't really happen often.

Fulkth 06-19-2016 02:42 PM

Okay, I have a question for you.

If you could be any type of cookie, what flavor would you be? :)

Tam I am 06-19-2016 04:33 PM

If it was me, I'd be a gluten free double chocolate chunk cookie sweetened with date paste.

Potironette 06-19-2016 04:40 PM

Wow! Tam's an incredibly detailed cookie! I've never had date paste before. What does it taste like?

I'd be a palmier ^^

Den 06-19-2016 05:05 PM

I'd either be a sugar cookie decorated with royal icing in some intricate and stunning design, or I'd be a shortbread cookie. lol

littl3chocobo 06-19-2016 07:15 PM

i would be an extra dry pecan crescent cookie XD

Potironette 06-19-2016 07:29 PM

I've never had a pecan crescent cookie before.
-searches internet pictures-
Now I want to try one
