Underground steam tunnels.

Steam tunnels? Are they different then normal tunnels?

Uh. They're the ones under my school. They're just...maintenance tunnels?

*laughs* sorry it reminded me of the knights of the dinner table comic where some guys went to the steam tunnels to LARP and one got lost in them

What happens to tunnels if there's a flood? I don't think they have sewer openings?
I'm guessing the water just evaporates after a while?

If it's raining super hard, the bottoms of the tunnels are occasionally under an inch or two of running water. Which makes explorations really awkward, since you leave footprints, haha...But those usually evaporate after a bit because steam tunnels are, what...80F or higher?

They do have drainage systems, obviously.

I...uh. Actually...did think about writing action novels as a kid, but I kind of lost that spark during high school. My dad had just brought that up with me yesterday, that I should maybe look into those novels I wanted to write.

Ahaha...I've hit a really big wall lately with regards to creating anything -- art, writing, Tris designs, music.

I don't like the heat either, but I like the thrill of...uh...

...doing stuff you're really not supposed to be doing.
