hello tris and thankyou for stopping by<3 as some of you know i am going to be starting a charity(in august!) for newbies to get them dressed and get them posting! a couple of you have made generous contributions already, giving up rares events and monthlies and just as many have bought art from me and donated the cost to the charity but, between that and my own hording over the summer we still don't quite have enough(well, we have enough socks)

this my darlings is where you come in, what i am asking of you is to donate old unwanted items from your inventories, down below is a small list of things that would be helpful and not so much but really almost anything would be nice and as an added bonus it cleans up invos to help stem broken trading! so read down and if you have anything you'd like to donate please do not hesitate to send a trade<3


things i am looking for;
commons!
(commons are very helpful, they are wearable and sellable helping newbies get au after they have enough clothes of their own)
monthlies! particularly ones with clothing such as shirts shoes and pants
events! events are a wellspring of unusual designs and how most newbies are introduced to 'rare' items
rigs with clothing interesting combos though ones with clothing are preferred over ones without

things i am not looking for but will take;
rares sure they are nice but most rares do not have many clothing options for most, it is also good to give newbies items to work towards
non-clothing rigs interesting combos though ones with clothing are preferred over ones without
yearlies some yearlies have clothes but most are accessories and accents and backgrounds, yearlies will be taken but used for other things than newbie donations(such as a prize for something or something to be sold for more useful items)
token items since this is something most newbies can get right away i would prefer if token items were not donated but will not refuse them

things i will not take;
the newbie starter set if you must send it in a large trade i won't bitch but since they are not only free to get in shop but also non-deletable i would really rather not and a trade that consists only of the newbie set or newbie set and a couple other little things will likely be canceled, i hope to get the charity well stocked but wading through fifty pairs of pandora's boots helps noone

added bonus; i will be giving random arts to a few of you donators as a thankyou for helping and will be doing so for the rest of the month

i edited the post so it is a little clearer i don't want trade sent to my main, sorry this is so i can keep a tally of who and what since on my main it would get lost under commisions buys and random trades

some people just dont see the good it does

maybe but plenty of people do and that much i am greatful for<3

giving new people lovely items honestly makes them, or at least it would make me, feel more welcome and social and whatnot. I mean, who would really want to post on a thing wearing just underwear and looking all lame compared to the lovely and dapper long-term users? (sadly I am in the underwear phase. ;-;)

Yeah, lol. Somebody gave me a variety of currency for the site to spend, and I did, but I neglected to actually buy clothing of almost any kind, haha. All of the accessories and skins and such were just too cool!

one of the newbies hasn't been on in a few days, i am wondering if i should cancel the trade i have with them >x>;

just give it time they might not be able to get on until the weekends

well ok, it's just that after three days, the time in which i usually cancel, the odds of a newbie coming back is very small
