So what do you guys think of the event so far? Good? Bad? It's ok but it needs something else? What about the items? Like them? Hate them?

As for me I think it is great I love the items and hope there is more later on something really cool but in all the event is great and hope to see more events later on.

I dunno, I can never really follow the events around here, I just play around on the site and sometimes buy up the event items.`

I like the items, and the game is... all right. I mean, it's mildly interesting, and it's not that hard to earn the event currency = )

I'm not following the plot at all though. I have no idea what's going on there >.> I sorta skimmed a little of it and just had no clue who the characters were. I felt like I was reading a stranger's RP logs from some random point in the middle.

Didn't realize there was a game... Just played it now, I like it. It's easy, but... Just a different way of going about with the event :).

Time to hire some comic artists xD

Maybe get Taiki back to make a webcomic of the Tris storyline? :P

I'm not even sure where I'd go about reading the storyline from the beginning. And the posts are so long >.>

The game could have been envisioned better.... like being able to shoot spirits at other matching colored spirits. You know, ways to make it more like a game.
I have no idea what's going on in the story.... I can't bear myself to actually sit down and read all of it. I only skimmed through it, I really wish they made summaries...
I liked a good majority of the items, they had decent amount of items I see myself using a lot in the future.
Overall this event is rather dead... Not enough people are being active enough to catch my attention making the whole thing a bit of a drag.
I hope in the next event there will be more of a purpose to actually post and talk...

That event lagged so badly I could barely do it T_T I had to buy the lab coats later.

lolol xD. Yah, I heard horror stories about that event xD. That one goes down in avi community history xDDDD

People on Gaia are always using that as like, the high bar of events, too! Though I gotta admit the leadup to it was fantastic, with the LabTech guild, and reading all their personal journals in the weeks before Halloween. Then the event actually started and was unplayable for me (and I had a cable modem back then too; I have no idea what people still on dialup were supposed to do).

Storywise it was great though...

It's difficult for me to post without common interest and the storylines of a site are rarely something that really compels me to talk...

I don't like the game due to the fact that half the time it doesn't count the clicks I do on the souls.

And I'm not too big on the items, but -shrugs- That's about the norm for me so yeah.

Im really digging the items this time, actually. the first year and this year were my favorites. I wasnt too impressed last year, but they've really brought it back this time.

I wonder if they are going to have an extra item before the event closes like they did with the others.

I like this event so far... makes it nice for those who can't sit in front of the computer and chat all the time to try and get the items.

It's the first event I've ever seen on the site. (seeing as I've just joined yesterday)

So... I suppose its good? I've enjoyed events on other sites better. But as far as this one goes that I can figure out its not bad. :]
I absolutely love the item sets. It's a very cool way to buy items. I just hope I can figure out how to get enough spirit thingys.

Heh, I keep telling myself I'm going to try reading the story updates, and then I look at them and they start mentioning a billion characters and my eyes glaze over and I give up.

As a newish, though not entirely new person - let me lay it on you.
~ There are years of events to read back and figure out what happened. YEARS. Yes, I would love to go read it all, I'm a person that loves to read. But When you come to a new site - I myself, though I wanted to know the story - These items are amazing. I felt I could not spend time reading years of back story. They story keeps going and I can't even keep up with the new story, because I have not read the back story.

Don't get me wrong, I think it'w wonderful that this site has a plot and characters and people who love them and I know I'm probably the minority in having not read the whole story.

But for new people - it's freaking intimidating!

First you have to get used to a new avatar, new people, new items, the avatar system (which is the freaking best I've come across by the way.)

Plus - how can you spend time catching up when you need to post to get money for these great items.

I have a limited time to be on site. And I want to spend it getting items not read back story.

I'm just trying to be honest.

Now, maybe if someone (you seems to have a few writer here) were to write a overview. And I'm not talking about another novel, I'm talking main bullet points - and this is list that needs to be kept up for new people from here on in. Something short and sweet. That. That a person can catch up with and then be able to get into the story line going on now.

We are working on summarizing events and characters so people can read a brief description of them. This way, if they enjoy the specific event or character, they can read actual storylines afterward.

Thank you. I really think this is going to help newbies who are getting into the site and just feel that they have missed a lot. It's great so they don't feel overwhelmed.
