alienwares i dont trust bc its made by dell... i would only buy a shell from them bc they warranty anything you put in there so i would build it from the ground up with only the shell...

I am getting a decent computer from newegg that is an acer. and it apparently can play skyrim very well on medium graphics and it gets around 60+ frames per sec on most games

my one friend had an alienware.. it was one of the best gaming pc's i've ever seen..
but then again that was before dell bought alienware

for the best gaming pc i would look up asus bc they are dedicated on some of the best gaming pcs but they are over 1,000...

mom got me a new hp desktop .. aaron's told her it was the best gaming pc they had.. so she got it. we can only do rent to own pcs ono

I can't stand Acer. Every Acer I have ever joined was a piece of junk. =/ That's just been my personal experience though, so I don't trust them. I had a Dell and didn't have a problem with it. Have a Gateway and an HP now though.

DK I've been there before. I never suggest renting to own electronics though. That's not something even my parents did. We would rent to own furniture and the like, but never electronics.

Honestly, I hate renting to own anything, you always pay well over what the item is worth in the end.

we do pay over the price if you add it up.. but paying what we can each month is better then not having one at all.

Rent to Own isn't bad :3 rent-a-center i'd never go to again. ask for a new pc they give you a 4 year old old one =/

i have a hp laptop and its pretty good... came with vista but i upgraded to 7 and it works great. boots up in 10 sec

I have a acer desktop the only issue i had with it was that a worm deleted my boot files so i had to nuke it and go back to factory settings... then i upgraded from vista to 7 and it works wonders.

I understand that hun, we just usually waited until tax time to get computers or anything. We didn't get top of the line stuff either, so it was usually cheap for us to get computers or the like if it was something we were looking for.

I've heard nothing but bad stuff about Rent-a-center.

Like I said, it's just been my experience with acers. Maybe they have stepped their game up since we got the last one though.

Also, I love Windows 7 so far. It's been a lot better then Vista, though I didn't have that much trouble out of Vista either.

Vista keeps giving pointless updates that only clog the hard drive space.. and the solution center isn't updated because the update says "disk required" when there is no disk and the website had 1 fix that never worked =/
