Looking pointedly at him, then lower, then back up, she grinned.
"I know what part of you wants to do. However, I'm thinking I want some more fun before we have 'fun'. What else can we do? Besides drying all this fur off, that is." |
"Depends on if we want to go back out, or stay here."
|
"Well, no matter what, I need to dry all this fur off. An industrial sized blow-dryer would be great."
Looking about, she eyed the gardens where they came to an end near the side of the pool area. "Perhaps we can look around the garden?" |
Smiles, nodding "We can, but don't be surprised when one of my critters finds us, they roam around freely, they guard this place when I can't"
|
Standing, she stretched and shook, trying to get rid of some of the extra moisture in her fur.
"Critters? What kind of critters?" |
Smiles. "Big, cat-like." he stands to head into the garden, waiting for her.
|
Looking across the pool at their clothes, she looked back at him. Being naked didn't bother her any, but she was kind of surprised that he was going for a walk that way. Most the people she ended up 'working' with weren't they kind to wonder around naked, even on their own property.
"In the buff, huh? Ok. Sounds good to me." Rising, she reached for his hand, her tail swishing idly behind her as she walked. |
Smiles. "Why not?" he grabs her hand and begins heading towards the garden, it was a lovely evening for walking.
|
Looking about, she smiled again.
"I guess since we're in a groomed garden, there's no worry of getting your," clearing her throat, she smiled wider, "caught on prickers." Walking next to him, she shook her damp hair around her shoulders. |
Grins. "Can't have that.." he slips an arm around her.
|
Smiling so wide her little feline fangs were exposed, she nodded in agreement.
"So true. So true." Reaching out to trail her fingertips across the edges of a night blooming moonflower, she sighed softly. "Why am I completely unsurprised that you have night-blooming flowers?" |
Smiles. "At this point it would be difficult -to- surprise you."
|
Shrugging one shoulder, she raised an eyebrow.
"Oh, I don't know. I don't expect -everything-." |
Grins. "I bet even saying something as wild such as, I'm a male stripper in my off time wouldn't surprise you, or male escort."
|
Grinning, she shrugged again.
"Come on. You're talking to an escort. -That- wouldn't surprise me. Now... A professional stripping clown might give me pause... But only for a moment." |
Grins. "I'll have to disappoint you on that.
|
Laughing, she looked up at him.
"Good. That's a visual I really don't want." Leading him gently toward a stone bench, she gestured at the flowering bushes near it. "What are these?" |
Follows, looking to the flower she is pointing at. "That is called, Kadupul it is believed that when these flowers bloom that it will bring prosperity to the people. Because of it being so rare."

Smiling brightly, she gently touched it's shining white petals.
"It's beautiful. No wonder they thought it was good luck." |
Smiles. "It is definately one of my favorites."
|
Leaning over to smell the flower, she stopped abruptly, meeting eyes with something large within the bush. Stepping back slowly, she turned her attention, just as slowly, to Duryn.
"Uh..." |
Nods. "Relax and try to keep your heart from racing too much." he moves over to the bush, reaching a hand out, palm up to be sniffed. He then pets the large creature's head, so it will come out of the bushes, without destroying any flowers, gracefully, it would be roughly pony sized, a lot of feline features, but older of the species.
|
Watching the creature practically melt out of the bush, she couldn't help but admire it. It was beautiful. Terrifying, but beautiful.
"What is it?" |
"An ancient and extinct species of panther. You may pet him, since he knows you are a friend."
|
Putting her hand out to the feline, she watched it patiently as it came nearer to her, sniffing loudly, drawing in her scent before it cautiously licked the palm of her hand. As its super-rough tongue grazed her palm, she squinted her eyes closed from the feel. It tickled something fierce.
When she opened her eyes, it was looking at her expectantly so she turned her hand over and cautiously reached up to stroke its head, between its ears. The fur on the beast was satiny soft and even in the low light from the back deck, it shined like nothing she'd seen before. "Do you have a name, lovely?" |
Smiles, watching. "Onyx." he moves closer, to begin petting the cat's side lovlingly.
|
She couldn't help smiling sardonically.
"Why am I not really surprised?" Continuing to pet the large cat, she moved closer to the vampire so she could stroke down the animal's spine. "Where did you get it? Her? Him?" |
Grins. "That is also complicated and best left un-explained if you don't mind. And her." he continued petting her firmly.
|
Frowning in thought, she shrugged one shoulder as she pet the large cat.
"Fair enough. How many of them do you have? I dare say you just have her." She continued to pet Onyx, the massive cat beginning to purr with a deep reverberating rumble. |
Smiles. "There is one other, male of course. With the two of them an intruder would not stand a chance. I think it may be overkill actually.."
|
Grinning, she shrugged again.
"Kind of hard to produce baby kitties without one of each, though, isn't it?" Winking, she couldn't help herself. |
Grins, leading her into a walk again, the feline deciding to follow along, purring loudly.
|
Following him along, she continued to take in all the sights, sounds, and fragrances of the gardens. He had so many lovely night-blooming plants, which didn't really come as a surprise to her, he being a vampire and all.
|
Smiles, walking along with her, reaching for her hand to hold, enjoying the night, and the garden, even though it was his, it was one of his favorite places, at night or in the day.
|
Smiling softly, she entwined her fingers with his, enjoying the quiet time together with him. She wasn't used to simply spending quiet time. In her line of work, she was usually out on the town with her clients. Or in the bedroom... But rarely did she get to just spend quality time. The silence didn't even bother her.
|
Smiles at her, enjoying the walk. "Such a lovely evening..."
|
Nodding, she smiled up at him.
"It really is. Couldn't ask for a nicer night for a moonlit stroll in an exotic garden." |
Continues to smile. "After we have our walk, you should spend the night with me here, simply sleeping would be more than fine, if that is what you wanted. Just to have warm company in the bed next to me.."
|
Stopping and turning to face him, she placed an open hand on his cheek.
"That's a very sweet offer. We'll see how the rest of the night goes. That's the best I can offer right now." |
Smiles faintly, enjoying her touch, nodding.
