Does that mean that you'll give 5 runes for every ten crystals you get, or you'll give 10 crystals for every 5 runes you get?

It means that 10 crystals costs 5 runes if you want to purchase it, it was made around the time where it was hard for me to get them, I can go down on the it 10 crystals= 2 runes
