the mods who were recently hired were added because we have been around for a while, multiple people on the existing staff personally know that we're reliable, and we've been good little kiddies and haven't broken any rules. Inari and I have also expressed interest in being mods here, while Sei was a mod on Gaia a long time ago and quit, so he has experience.
there's also the matter of timing, some of the existing staff needed to be promoted or shuffled around, so some artist/mods were changed to focus on being artists. more mods were needed. |
