"And how to you plan on restraining him?"

"I don't, as long as he doesn't stab me in the heart I will be fine." Alicia nodded not that Solomon could see it. "Ain't that right Holden?" She smiled slightly. "Would you mind watching him for a bit while I go and get some blood. Healing him really drained my power." She stood up and stretched.

"Yeah, I'll monitor him...but I'm staying down here. I don't want to be around him when he wakes up."

"Thanks Solomon." With that Alicia disappeared.
Holden woke up a few hours later and felt no pressure in his chest. He groaned as he rolled over, "What in the fuck did she do to me?" He opened his eyes as he figured it out. "Damn woman." He sat up and quickly moved his feet to the floor. "Well that didn't take long." Alicia looked to Solomon. |
"Yup..bye~" With that he disappeared.

"Oh come on he isn't going to hurt you." Alicia shook her head.
Holden grabbed a knife out of his night stand and quickly walked down the stairs. He stood in the door way to the living room. "Hi Holden." She waved. "Thanks for healing my heart but.." He trailed off as he walked over to her. In one swift movement he jammed the knife into her throat. "Next time, don't do it after you knock me out!" He twisted the knife. He let go of it, "I hope you had a nice night." He smiled evilly as he turned to go out of the room. "Don't get blood on my couch~" He spoke in a singsong tone as he walked out of the room. Alicia pulled the knife out of her throat and started coughing as her throat healed. |
Solomon appeared moments later, watching Holden as he crested the stairs, "Well that certainly was interesting. Why did you let him stab you?" He plucked the knife from her hand, looking it over.

Alicia cleared her throat, "Well, I thought I should let him have at least one." Her voice was horse slightly. "I just don't understand why that is all he did. I mean I have done worse to him." She looked to Solomon. She stood up, "You should go and get him ready for the French." With that she disappeared.
Holden walked into his room and laid on the bed, "Thank you Alicia." He whispered. |
"B-but..he's.." he sighed as she disappeared, "..crabby.." He shook his head, shoving his hands in his pockets after setting the knife on the table and teleported to Holden's room. "I'm assuming I can't go with you..just like the last time we dealt with them..."

Holden sat up with a smile, "You can come with if you want." He stood up, "I'm sorry if I made it seem like I was upset with you darling." He smiled again. He walked over to Solomon and gave him a hug, "I've just had a lot on my mind." He snuggled his head into Solomon's chest.

Solomon stood there, keeping his hands in his pockets for now, "You put it all there..." He sighed a bit, placing his right hand on Holden's shoulder, "You should rest a bit yet...you have plenty of time to do so."

Holden looked up at Solomon, "I'm fine.." He smiled. "But if you'll just keep me company I'll try and get some more rest." He rubbed Solomon's back.

He moved his arm to around Holden's waist, leading him to the bed, "Of course I'm going to make you try." He forced Holden onto the bed, using both hands to support himself as he hovered over Holden, kissing his forehead lightly before laying next to him. "I'm sure everything will work out..."

Holden smiled as Solomon walked him to the bed, "Thank you darling." He ran his hand though his hair. He waited until Solomon was laying on his back, he scooted over and laid his head on Solomon's chest. "I know it will, it always does." He sighed contently. "I love you Solomon..." He trailed off as he closed his eyes.

"I love you too Holden..now just relax...alright?" He put one arm around Holden, pulling him close. As they both lay there, he didn't bother trying to get any sleep; he knew he wouldn't be able to anyway.

Holden sighed snuggling harder into Solomon's chest. After what seemed like an eternity he finally fell back asleep. After four or so hours he opened his eyes, "Solomon are you awake?" He asked quietly.
