It is probably your school's internet... if it takes too long to load something it quits..... It is a way to stop people from using in browser games and downloaders on campus.. mine does it too in certain areas of the Wifi you have to plug in to play games and stuff.

Good news everyone! After painstakingly selling back about 200 common items in my inventory, (Yes. That says two hundred items. One at a time.) it appears my trades are working again! I just need to keep my inventory under about 630-650 items (a weird number but whatever) in order for it to work properly. So I don't need to wait to go home to accept trades anymore ^^
