The secretary is grinninge because he knows the bunnies, even if they were real, would not want to take over Canada. He doesn't plan on telling Canada that though.

Canada is flying through the paperwork knowing that the other's are teasing him. He is aware that the bunnies are fake and don't plan to take over his country.

Excuse William while he dies. He's laughing that much...laughing to the point of where he's crying actually a bit. He likes being here for sure now. "But...the bunnies.......they still love yoooooou." He says between laughing. He can't make anymore bunnies right now. The army will have to wait for now.

"I doibt they love me." Canada says. "They are pieces of paper folded together to resemble a bunny, they don't really have feelings."

The secretary quirks an eyebrow at this, "Are you sure, sir?"

That's when William finally stops laughing and turns the still teary eyes on Canada. "How can you say that? How can you hurt your children like that again? No wonder they're evil. Their mother won't except their love. But daddy loves you!"

Canada gave aigh and knew he had been defeated in this battle. He gave the bunnies one last glare which cause his secretary to give a stiffled laugh before saying, "Mommy loves you."

William just giggles a bit. "See mommy loves you too! He just has a bit of a hard time admitting that he loves you my children!" Yes, William is a bit insane, but it's due to a lot of boredom. Seriously. He gets way too bored which leads to insanity apparently. "Now, a happy family!"

Canada is still eying the bunnies but now has a smile. He does not mind that William is insane, everyone has their own brand of insanity. "Shall Damien be the crazy aunt of this family unit?"

"Sure! He can be auntie! The bunnies certainly don't mind another family member....or five billion. Whichever." God help them, William is making more bunnies. "So be nice to your nieces and nephews!"

Both Canada and the secretary echange glances that say 'What do we do now?' 5 billion paper bunnies were alot of bunnies, more then either of them could handle. Canada sighed, "5 billion bunnies?"

William just giggles. "It's just an estimate." He just smiles. "Bunnies like to multiply. I just don't know how much." And so, he starts making more of the paper bunnies. "If they start multiply on their own....beware. That I can't control. And then there's no telling how many there could be."

Canada stares at horror at the growing bunny armada then returns to his work knowing that it is safer then the bunnies. The secretary is grinning, as though enjoying the complications Canada is having. "Where will you and Canada keep them though? Because I don't think this room can hold 5 billion bunnies."

William just giggles seeing Canada stare in horror. "There's more room in the world than just this room...and you shouldn't ignore the bunnies. They make the bunnies sad. And evil. That too." He states simply while making more bunnies.

Canada places his stuffed polar bear on the table and calmly says, "Birth control." The secretary gives him an incredulous look and Canada returns to his work.

"One bear cannot take out that many bunnies." But William does giggle a bit. "But nice try. You need many more bears than that. They don't multiply as fact as bunnies." And he's still making more of them. "So have fun with the bunnies!"

The bear just stands there and Canada frowns. "At this rate I'll be covered in bunnies by New Years." The secretary has managed to collect several bunnies and was drawing small facial features on them. He even gave a few collars that said 'Canada is my mommy and William is my daddy'

"But bunnies are good! Long as you love them that is...." William still isn't stopping with the making. There is still paper. He sees what the secretary is doing and makes this happy noise. "Yay! Now everyone can know they're ours!"

Canada was defeated. The combined forces of his secratary and guest had worn him down and he eyed the bunnies doubtfully. The secratary was grinning like a loon and William was not to far behind. "And a army of paper bunnies equals a plethora of paper cuts." Right now he was just trying to halt bunny production, he could get rid of them later when the other two were not in the room with him.

"I haven't got a paper cut yet! And folding them into bunnies...usually gets rid of the ability to cause paper cuts." William is making even more bunnies as they speak. "Bsides, they love you and wouldn't do that to you. Not to their mommy." William gets extremely bored. And this is what happens when he gets bored. God help everyone.

Canada wants this mad boredom to stop, "Anything else you would rather do then create the world's first evil bunny armada?" He wonders how long it will take for him to snap and just burn a few or let a few polar bears eat them.

"But I love the bunnies. And they love you too." William is still making them. "Besides....I think it's fun." He just smiles. "Unless you're done with paperwork? Then we could do...something?...together." He has no clue to what they should do, but until then, the bunny army shall grow. "I could make an army of cranes?"

"I have not yet finished the paperwork." Canada admits witha defeated sigh, "It just refuses to be finished." Canada is not all to keen on the idea od a crane and bunny army. "A crane and bunny army? Is that not a bit to much?"

(-gets kicking foot ready- XD )

"Paperwork is like bunnies. It multiplies." William states simply. "No. You need to be able to do aerial strikes in an army." And now, God help Canada, he's starting to make cranes too. "It'll mostly be bunnies though." He likes bunnies more anyway.

(Eyes foot warily)

Canada has now completly forgot his paper work instead gaping at the minature army that was being created. Bunnies and cranes lined the desk William was working at. "Why do we even need a paper army?"

He just giggles as Canada gapes. "We don't." He chirps. "But they're fun to make....so....why not?" He's a strange person to say the least, but he's okay with that. "And if nothing else, you can give it to people....some people like using them as decorations."

Canada supposed someone would find them to be interesting. But he could not find any redeemable characteristics amoung them beside that they kept William occupied. A cough brought him back to reality and he glanced over at his secretary's mirth filled eyes. "Perhaps, sir, instead of oogling at the army that William has created you could finish the paperwork?"

Canada flushed, slightly embarrased. "I get back to it."

"The sooner you finish....the sooner you can help me make the army bigger! And have more bunnies that love you!" William just smiles....way too happy about the bunny and crane army growing thing."And the army is just going to grow. The bunnies shall TAKE OVER THE WORLD!" William's boredom/insanity knows no bounds. They just keep going and going and going.

"I'm not sure I want more bunnies to love me." Canada confesses quietly, more then slightly freaked out. Canada's voice then got a little louder so that he could be understood, "But why would they want to take over the world? That just means more paperwork." More paperwork meant less time for other ideas and getting grey hairs when you will still a country of a 100 years.

"But the bunnies love you even before they're made!" William is a very strange person. "Nuh-uh! It means less paperwork. Paper work would be mostly abolished. The bunnies demand it!" He giggles a bit as he makes more bunnies. "There would still be paperwork, but some of it would be gone! No marriage paperwork and other things! Just taxes and paperwork between countries!"

"Some paperwork simply cannot be gotten rid of." The secretary chimes in from his stack of work. "And you would have to multiply what we have here about 10 times to even get close to the amount of paperwork one would have to do while ruling the world. That is just the bare minimum." Canada whistles, that is a huge amount of paperwork and he would absolutly hate doing it all.

"But most of it can be! Long as government takes a step back and let people use their brains to figure out the smaller stuff." This is the confederacy we're talking about here. Confederacies are more for big local government and smaller central government. "Nah, give local government more power and there won't be so much paperwork."

"Hmmm..." Canada says thoughtfully, "That might work."

The secretary rolls his eyes and says, "If you don't want to do the paperwork, Sir, you can go outside with William so you don't distract me." His tone is pointed but still rather soft. "Though, once done, I do still want you to help me with Mount Paperwork."

William ends up putting a bunny he just made on the secretary's head. "And that one said you're his mother. I wasn't going to argue with him....so you have a precious baby bunny now." Did anyone ever mention that William was a bit...weird? Well, he is.

The secretary only went a little cross-eyed looking at the bunny. The he carefully reached up and placed the bunny on his desk, atop a pile of precariously balenced papers. He did not mind being the bunny's mother which said a little bit about his mental state. "Wait there 'til mother finishes the paperwork." He then pointed to Canada and William, "You may be able to ask your aunties to take you outside."

William giggles a bit watching the secretary go cross eyed. He just smiles. "See he loves his bunny unconditionally even though it may or may not be evil! That's the way all should be." He giggles a bit at the last part. "Course we'll take the bunny.....and the bunny army outside! It's not good being stuck inside all the time." He's partially joking. Origami bunny army outside? That's a lot.

Canada, always the realist comments, "The snow will cause the paper to fall apart. Then no more bunnies for anyone." Canada would not have pointed this out except for the little fact that he does not like litter and soggy paper is a pain to pick up. His eyes go to the bunny sitting on the secretary's desk and he refrains from commenting about his secretary mass priducing an army without his permission, because the one bunny has multiplied into ten.

"See, bunnies! He does love you! He just doesn't want to admit it." William nods sage-like. He goes back to making more cranes now-they need more of an air force now. Until he makes too many cranes...then back to the bunnies! "I love making these." As if that wasn't obvious already.
