Well, we have one dog now and two cats who all get along. They cuddle together and everything. I take my dog out for walks every second night, I'm pretty responsible. Out house is mid-size. We can get a big dog. |

@Neirra: Perhaps a German shepherd? My cousin has one and she is the sweetest thing. She sheds quite a bit though...

If I wasn't so dog phobic and had the funds I'd so get a Great Dane. They're SO gorgeous!

I actually recommend someone with a lot of free time and patience on their hands to get a dane. Not to mention a decent-sized house/apartment.
