"No..I don't..but that's not the main issue..." She sighed glancing over to him as he sat down, "I don't know if they're going to be able to fine a match..." She gave a slight shrug, looking at him now. She wasn't surprised that he was asking about a transplant...anyone with common sense could figure out that's what she needed now.

Xavier watched the girl intently, "Why wouldn't they be able to find a match?" He leaned forward a bit. "Doctors are very good at finding matching organs." He nodded. "Even if you have a rare blood type or such." He pondered for a moment.

Keiko shrugged, "It's not that..it's just..they're not so readily available.." She glanced to the clock; 5:30 pm. "This is so..stupid and boring..." She looked down to the bed with a quiet sigh, "I want to go outside or something..."

"Not to sound horrible here but let's hope for someone to die, that has a good heart." Xavier was nonchalant about it. "I'm sorry hun." He frowned. He would love to 'kidnap' her, but knowing his luck her mom would come back and find her gone. "I would take you outside, but I wouldn't be able to carry everything here." He pointed to the machines. He sighed hearing the mothers footsteps, "Well looks like it is time for me to go back to my tree. Your mother is coming." He leaned to peek out the door. "And trust me, everything will work out." He smiled before he stood and quickly went out of the room. The only reason why it would work out is because he would make it.

Keiko was about to comment on something he said, when he was scooting out the door. She rolled her eyes a bit with a slight chuckle glancing to the side of the door just as her mother came in. "Feeling better now that you ate something?"
She nodded, "Much...how about yourself? You look exhausted..maybe you should rest a bit?" She sighed, seeing Keiko shake her head. "What's wrong Keiko?" Keiko shook her head a bit, "I'm not tired..just..bored.." But when she closed her eyes, she could feel a wave of exhaustion wash over her. "Mmm..perhaps I will take a nap.." She let herself relax, quickly falling asleep. |
