hahahhaa no, but I mean any activity I do makes me ache for a few days c.c
I need to do real exercise so that my body is stretched properly and I can try to not crack all over. I used to be quite active and make more than 20h of exercise a week, not it went down to about 1 hour per week which is nooooot enough o.o

Oh well start stretching each morning or something
