Exactly! I can't wait to go shopping and get some real food though...food that I can cook, and/or refrigerate.....I have learned this weekend to always pay bills on time, haha. Or to at least get accounts set up before the weekend hits. I felt so poor, not having power, but that wasn't really the case. We could have paid for it to be turned on, it was just too late... ;~;

Understand the feeling and not being able to cook or refrigerate food....not fun at all. You will get it set up though and then it will be betters.

Yes, yes, much betters! And I'll be able to take a hot shower too! It's been kinda fun in its own little way, though. It's felt like camping, but inside with a nice bed. x3

Yeah. I was planning on waiting until we got everything hooked up today so I wouldn't have to take a cold one again, but....I just can't go out in public without showering. So I just sucked it up because it's better to feel clean after a few minutes of cold than to feel dirty and gross all day long.

That it is....I had to take several cold showers this summer and it was not fun, but was a necessary evil.

Most of the cold showers I've taken in my life were the result of siblings taking too long of showers and hogging all the hot water. Even then, the "cold" shower was really just a "kinda room temperature so it felt colder than usual" shower and those aren't quite so bad as "this water is as cold as the pipes it sat in overnight" showers.

Yeah.....those kinds of showers are just not pleasant at all.....mine were the result of having to take a 30 second shower as part of Basic.....only had to a few times, but still....*shivers* Not fun.
