He started to protest a little, but at the same time the worry that something happened in the extended period he was gone still plagued his mind. He had managed to put it aside for the one night to avoid from waking Mizuki, but that was about it. He finally did sit up a little though it was easy to tell he was still waking up, but that hardly meant he was off guard. "your worse then a clock you know that.. there's just no damn off button" he hissed out a little, Mizuki knew very well that Thalion hated getting up so early.

With that being said he cracked his neck to the side before moving and sitting next to Mizuki still trying to wake up. He had the odd thought that someone from the other side would spot them again.. he needed to be ready this time. Mizuki might not be as lucky twice in a row. Hell his luck might run out someday as well.

Though once he got his eyes open fully and was awake enough to bother worrying he noticed the change of attire on Mizuki. "Guess he's back?" He was thinking they might beat him to returning and would just leave, but that appeared to not be the case.

MIzuki looked down at his clothes and nodded "It would seem so" Then he lightly slapped the others arm "A clock is a good thing he said before standing. He waited in the other room while Thalion changed and dressed giving giving glances to the others exposed state with a smile. When he was finished Mizuki opened the door and walked out of the room. Heading towards the main room Mizuki stopped and Looked to Roka who was sitting there with a smile on his face "What..." Mizuki asked.

Roka then stood with a smile even larger then the one he had before "So my mission last night was a grand success!" He said happily before walking over to the corner and bringing something out that was covered with what seemed to be a large sheet. Taking the sheet off Mizuki gasped "MY STAFF!" He said rushing forward to grab the long piece of wood with glee "I thought you needed some help on your way home" He said with a shrug. Mizuki didnt think before his next actions. Wrapping his arms around the male infront of him he hugged Roka tightly "Thank you so much" He said before stepping back and turning to look at a now pissed of Thalion "Oh come now..." He said "It was just a hug"

Roka laughed at the display of affection from Thalion "Oh and before I forget" He said handing Mizuki a little waist pack "Some of every herb I have left, labeled and resdy for use" He said with a smile "For...the just in case facter" He said again knowing that Mizuki would know how to use them. Mizuki bowed his head 'Thank you for anything Roka...is there any way to repay you?" Mizuki asked looking to him and Roka smiled "Nope...just glad to help"

With that he showed them up the stairs to the outside world where the sun was just starting to poke over the trees 'Now off you go you two" He said "You have a little over half a days walk" He said in a knowing tone. And so the day began. Mizuki remained quite as they walked off into the trees.

He quickly shrugged off the sudden expression of gratitude towards Roka getting Mizuki's staff. Though this added to the reasons as to why Thalion didn't trust the man, no one could get that staff.. surely it was in the Eastern encampment. Though he kept his mouth shut, for the time being.

Seeing as he was sending Mizuki and himself out of the door, really they needed to get gone so it wasn't a bad thing he figured he'd steal a few words with the man. After making sure Mizuki was well outside he stopped a few steps from Roka "Nothing in this worlds free.. " He hissed his words a little almost as a warning that he didn't trust his actions the least little bit. He had his reasons for not trusting people who said nothing was owed.. he had dealt with similar types before. Maybe he was wrong but he wasn't going to take the chance.

With his words being said he moved to catch up to Mizuki, his bow already strung and ready. Like hell he was going to fuck up twice. Even though Mizuki asked why he had fallen behind he said it was nothing, no need to tell him that he hardly trusted this Roka fellow.. even if he had helped there had to be some form of gain in it for him.

For now he'd let it fall to the back of his mind, he needed to focus and ensure that if he saw that damned woman again he was going to be her end.

Mizuki looked to Thalion and saw that his bow was already out and ready to be fired. Did he really think that they would encounter something on the way home? He shook his head slightly. The chances were great but now with his staff who would be stupid enough to fight them now?

Roka stood there and watched as the males disapered into the trees. After a little while he smiled "You can come out now" He said to nothing. Just then Luna took a step from the trees walking over to the male who just spoke "Hes healed?" She asked and Roka nodded "Fully...Though there is something you should know' He said looking to her 'Hes changed' He said. Roka tilted her head a little "What do you mean changed?" She asked and he just shrugged his shoulders "I doubt he will come back" The male said.

Luna looked to him "Why do you say that...clearly he is a captive of that Drow still" Luna said motioning to the trees where the males vanished into 'Oh...is that so" Roka said "They dont seem to be that way...infact' He said looking to her with a tilted head "The light of a blue heart was the herb that healed him" With that he got a shocked look then a leveled glare. "Your kidding' She said and got a shake of the head.

Dropping a bag of gold coins at Roka's feet she nodded her head 'You did your job....now its time for her to do hers" She said walking back off into the trees where Maya sat ontop of her horse. "Take ten men with you" She said to her "Bring them both back alive' She said "Mizuki is now classified a trator" She said almost sadly before Maya gave a nod of her head taking the men told and riding off towards Thalion and Mizuki. She would keep them alove...just barely.

Mizuki might have found it silly to be prepared.. but Thalion had learned his lesson. one that he shouldn't have had to relearned really. He kept his hands ready and poised to fire if he heard the slightest noise out of place. Though for the time being .. it seemed things were calm enough.

Even as they walked and grew closer and closer little by little towards their goal he had a sickening feeling that something was wrong, were they being followed? Probably was the words in his head as he kept his guard up. Sure he was on edge but he nearly lost Mizuki once.. he wasn't going to let it happen again staff or no staff.

He was about to relax a little when he heard a horse suddenly from no where and he turned and fired without a second though in the direction of the noise. The arrow made a sound that it hit a target though where he had aimed he'd guess it was the horse probably... the rider was lucky at most.

His ears went back as he drew another arrow and readied the weapon. "we have company..." he hissed and he knew by now it wasn't just one rider. There must have been a small group near by though the count was unknown for now.. either way the odds were in their favor.. the woods were hardly fair grounds to try to ambush someone who's lived here their whole life.

Just as Mizuki was about to turn to THalion and say something he saw the other let his arrow fly. As soon as that happened Mizuki was on his gaurd. Turning just in time to a noise he raised his staff and blooked the blade comming to his shoulder. Looking up he almost faulted "Maya..." He said almost sadly looking to the female infront of him.

Just as the words left his mouth what seemed to be a small group of soilders came out from the trees. Mizuki ouldnt count how much as they all began to charge towards them. The fight was on.

Pushing Maya back Mizuki frownd pushing Maya away he didnt have much time to recover as the blade came back down. At this right he couldnt place an incantation even if he wanted to. He growled out blocking blow after blow from the wolf girl. Looking over Mizuki saw that Thalion was fighting almost everyone else. Mizuki would have to do this alone.

He pushed back into Maya before giving a pained hiss as his kuckles were cut by the wormans blade. He jumped back raising his staff he said something that was hard to understand. Then like nothing three gaurds that was after Thalion got sucked into the ground by holes that appeared under them. Soon closing silencing their screams in a dark dirt coffin.

Though with this action he stumbled and fell back. His staff sliding out from his hand. Raching he stopped as the tip of a sword pointed to his throat "Mizuki" Maya said as he turned his head to her 'You are now classified as a traitor of the eastern army and by order of the king are to take you back to enslavement' At that Mizuki shuddered...that ment the caves. He got a blank stare as his mind wondered to those days. Maya looked to him and saw the look smiling with knawledge on what that ment.

Before the group got too close he had managed to take out at least two out art a range, that was a dent at least. If he got the chance he'd go back to his bow but till then he'd make them understand that when it came to a dagger against a sword.. the daggers were going to win. He growled before flipping out both blades from his sides and taking on the nearest foe that crossed his path. He seemed to go down with little to no fight as his corpse fell to the ground blood running down the front of his armor from his neck.

that was 3 down and soon to follow three more seemed to be swallowed by the ground suddenly. He guessed that had to be Mizuki's work but he didn't have the break to stop and look to see if the man was in trouble. He still had at least.. it seemed four left to deal with? He quickly stepped forward jamming a dagger into the closest of the four's gut and then withdrew it before moving in a fluid motion towards his neck and slitting it for the extra measure.

The three that were left stopped as Mizuki seemed to have a blade to his neck and the woman was standing there, Thlaion's eyes narrowed with this sight as he looked back towards the three that remained. They stood in his way of helping Mizuki...

He quickly moved again stabbing a blade into the neck of the next man he managed to get in between his guard of and then forcing the blade he was carrying from his hand before using it on the one standing mere inches next to him shoving it all the through his side in the gab that was between the armor pieces. The last of the men remaining seemed to keep his distance, probably for good reason someone needed to report back to Luna that this might fail.. little did they know the rage that they unleashed by holding Mizuki at blade point.

Mizuki looked up the glinting silver of the blade to fallow up a clawed hand to the face of Maya. He didnt know what to say to that just then there was a growl from beside Maya and Luna stepped out of the trees "I said alive" She hissed to Maya who didnt move. That is when she looked up "But the drow...he can die" And with that more men rushed from the trees in a furry of yells and curses they all headed for Thalion. Mizuki gave a yelp and an angered growl as he was brought to his feet by rough use of his braid. That is Maya picked up by his braid forcing the man to his feet "Now traitor' Maya said bringing the sword to Mizukis throat and turning so she stood behind him "Watch your...lover die' She said the last in a sickened hiss and all he could do was wimper the slight action causing a beed of blood to fall down his neck.

He was about to go teach that damned woman a lesson she'd never live to learn from but with more troops coming in he sighed heavily. He still was more then ready for fighting but this was getting old. "damn it all.. " He hissed out before spinning both daggers for a moment before charging forward.

For the time being he had a good wind still going so he wasn't going to lose. Though the sheer numbers he knew it would get to the point where he couldn't keep going. The first of the new soldiers slammed himself into Thalion's blades as he withdrew them both and quickly moved to block incoming sword before freeing one hand and stabbing the man in one of the unprotected spots in the armor covering.

This same tactic went about for a short while, though it was easy to tell as the never ending fight went on Thalion was growing tired, it was to be expected.. he had to keep blocking and avoiding hits with every move he made. This was for his life and he knew it, but damn it he wasn't going to sit down and let them have it. Though his weariness was really showing with one of the soldiers landed a skimming strike against Thalion. It barely broke the skin let alone did enough damage to really even bother looking at, but at the same time it made him notice that he was being sloppy in his fighting.

The one cut didn't really slow him down, but the fact that there seemed to be no end to the onslaught he was finding himself forcing his body to move when it didn't want to. This made it easier to strike at him by any of the soldiers there. He went to make another strike to kill but instead misjudged his attack and ended up with a gash in his left shoulder. that was hardly good, it wasn't fetal unless it bled out that much but it still would make using that arm useless.

Even with the wound he gritted his teeth and kept defending himself till he found his back to a tree. He was panting heavily and gasping every once in a while trying to keep air and ignore the pain from his shoulder. Even a expert fighter wouldn't be able but to hold their own for so long in these odds. By now he had lost count as far as how many were dead or that were left, he couldn't focus that much.

Even being cornered and wounded he wasn't giving up if any of them gave him the chance he was going to kill them. He couldn't afford to die here, Mizuki needed help and he needed to get his report back to the Western camp. But mainly he didn't want to die here, any other time he'd be taunting and telling the enemy to kill him but .. he needed to live if not Mizuki then for Neimi as well, he just needed to keep that in mind that he had reasons to keep fighting no matter the costs.

Mizuki watched everything in a panic. There was nothing that he could do! His so called allies holding a blade to his throat and all because he found love in a different place! Mizukis panic began to turn to anger. How could this women determin his fate like this. The hands of Mizuki began to ball into tight fits. Thats when he saw Thalion get struck in the shoulder forcing him back into a tree. That was it! Mizuki would take now more!

With his ears dropping a heated growl escaped his lips "You...who I thought once cared for me' He said indicating to Luna "I will make sure your last breath is mine" He said heatedly before the wind around him began to pick up. Luna took a step back at this. She had only seen this happen once while under the generals rule and frankly she didnt want to see it again. With that thought she stepped back into the trees, she needed to live another day.

Light lavender eyes soon began to bleed a dark purple. The chrystal around Mizukis neck came off of its own acorred to hover infront of him as if the gods themself held it in their pawm for him. "Back..." Was all he said before an unseen force pushed Maya backwards her back slamming into a tree behind him wish such force it splintered under the pressure. She wouldnt be able to move for a while to come. With her discharge the sword raked accross his neck cuting into the skin.

This didnt stop him, he didnt even register the pain. Mizukis mind was to far gone. Walking forward on slow feet the guards around Thalion began to turn and head for him. Well most of them. Mizuki gave a growl and charged. The crystal flashing before chrystal like claws produced at his fingers. Slashing and hacking...one by one fell to by his hands. He even chased after the ones that tried to run away. There was nothing stopping him even after the last one fell that was in front of Thalion his eyes did not change.

Mizuki stood there breathing steady. Blood was all over him and was a mixture of his own and that of those he killed. His mind was black all he thought of was the rage he felt! The killing sensation of blood as it ran over his pale skin coloring it a sickening crimson. Mizuki just stood there, adgitated ready to attack anything at any moment.

He couldn't do anything but watch this sudden display, if he had done this from the start over a year ago no way in hell he would have won. But at the same time Mizuki didn't seem to know when to stop in his state. Covered in blood, he was bleeding and still looking for more to kill. He was going to end up killing himself if he kept thrashing around as he was doing.

Sure he knew there was one still alive, she was voicing a few complaints to herself from what Mizuki had done to her, but she could be dealt with later. He put the daggers away that he had been holding, he'd need to ensure that Mizuki didn't strike out in his blinded rage he seemed to be in.

He tried a few times to call his name but got no reply from the man, though he figured he wouldn't he had seen such a rage from others before.. but he was never in the position of having to get them out of it. He needed to do something, Mizuki might strike out if he moved and didn't have a plan of attack so to speak.

He disliked his plan in truth, but he figured if anything would pull Mizuki back to the world around him this would.. Though it was a risk, if he was attacked then he couldn't really fight against it, plus he wouldn't not with it being Mizuki.

Finally settling on his plan fully in his mind he moved and darted forward to close the gap between Mizuki and himself, catching a sudden glare from the man as he moved preparing to strike at Thlaion. Though he had figured he was going to be caught as he grabbed both of his wrists with his hands and forced Mizuki into a tree behind him and pinning his wrists together. It was all the strength he could muster with his one shoulder being wounded and throbbing to no each with each movement he made.

He was still out of breath himself as he tried to hold both of his wrists with one hand, moving the other hand to force his head still as he kissed him rather roughly. This all happened within a matter of seconds, but it felt like hours to Thalion the thought process the works of it. Hell he wasn't sure if he was even alive still with the state Mizuki was in he could be dead and didn't know yet.

Mizuki stood there. His world was black but he could swear that he heard someone call his name out. It sounded desperate in away and pleeding in another. Mizukis head sapped and he let out a loud warning growl as the other darted towards him in a furry of moment. He was about to slash out at who or what ever it was when he found his hands captured in a strong grasp.

Mizuki was about to yell out his protest when his head was forced straight and he found a pair of hot lips upon his in a heated moment. Everything around him stopped. One moment it was kill the next it was calm. The crystal claws on Mizukis hands retreated slowly back to blunt fingernailes. Hies wide dark purple eyes soon began to fade to the light lavender they once were. Thats when Mizukis world came back full force and he roughly returned the heated kiss before him. Pressing his body forward to make sure the other was there alive and breathing before him before he pulled back and looked into the other males eyes. "Thal..." The rest of the males name died on his lips.

Thats when the other male let go of Mizukis hands. They fell freely to wrap around the males neck before him "Thalion!" He said again as his head dropped into the males neck a sigh of relief escaping his parched lips. He thought the other was going to die...and right before him. The last thing he remembered was Maya pulling to his feet by his hair. Then...he was standing infront of Thalion. What had happened?

By the reaction he was getting from Mizuki he guessed the other didn't really know what had just happened. It could be explained later, in truth Thalion had to have some form of the devil's luck at the fact that he was physically stronger then Mizuki, otherwise.. that would have ended badly in more ways then one.

At admit it, with Mizuki holding onto him was really getting to the wound on his shoulder. But at the same time he didn't care, there was a chance that Mizuki could have just lost himself with that rage, so he was hardly going to complain. He felt Mizuki's sigh against his neck as he moved his arms to pull the other closer. "don't you start crying on me again" He warned him though it wasn't really a serious warning, it was more that he was at a loss of words for the moment.

Though his mind quickly returned to the one that remained alive as he got Mizuki to release him. He quickly had his bow drawn and aimed at her, his eyes expressing probably the deepest form of hatred you could possibly see in someone. The woman had finally managed to get back up and get to her sword. "you.. if I could revive your corpse after killing you I would for the fucking hell of it" He hissed at her, it was easy to tell that Thalion was hardly amused.

First she shot Mizuki, then had the nerve to tell him he was going to be a captive.. not only that but she caused him to bleed a second time? Her grave was long dug out, Luna's as well if the coward hadn't of already escaped. Sure it was probably cruel in Mizuki's mind, a comrade that now wanted nothing better then to see harm come to him. Let alone Thalion was for sure going to kill her.

He didn't release the arrow right away though, he'd let her fight for her breath yet, it was a bit of a twisted game he was setting up. Though not one uncommon for his kind truth be told. Though dark elves were vastly out populated by most other races, it was a known fact they were some of the most efficient killers when it came down to it, even without the use of magic.

Toying with the target they wished to kill, making them beg and plead for that last breath to live. Even if Thalion didn't commonly express that side it was still there, though it was probably a part of him Mizuki had never seen. But hardly from what he was like if he had let himself go all out before, he had to keep control of himself on a battle field or he knew he'd die.

Even though Mizuki was tall he firt wrather well into Thalions arms. All most as if they were ment to hold one another. When Mizuki burried his head in to Thalions neck he was gratefull to have the others arms come up around him. Mizuki gave a little sniffel before he heard the other say no crying. Okay he would listen to that. Pulling back he let Thalion go and the first thing the other male did was load his bow, aiming for a far off target.

Thats when Mizuki turned his head. 'Maya.....' He thought as he gazed upon the struggling female. Judging from the breathing and the sluggesh movements she had broken ribs...one going through a lung. Maya before them was in some intence pain if he had to guess. Mizuki wanted to step forward to help the female that had become his friend.

He was about to do just that when a thought crossed his mind 'but she was the one that almost caused my death...Thalions stupid thoughts and more' he thought. But, did she need to die? Mizuki couldnt believe it! He was having seconds thoughts. With out thinking he gave a fustrated growl with himself before turning his back to the seen and walking away.

Mizuki didnt go that far, only ten feet away from Thalion and the loaded bow. He didnt want to see that. "Maya...." He said softly under his breath. Mizuki had faught in many wars saved many lives and taken more then he could count. Never once did he flinch in those times for anything. But when the sound of an arrow being let go fallowed by the sound of a thunk broke through his thoughts and he stood straight.

This was war, things happen, people die, sides are made and faught for. So...which side did he truely belong on then? He shook his head and gave an angry growl at himself for even thinking about that. But it was true wasnt it? The little voice in the back of Mizukis head spoke up just in time to give him doubts. Now the question was stuck in his head and would be for some time.

Mizuki just stood there. His gaze was a little dull as he stared at a patch of ground a little ways infront of him. He didnt move, nor did he blink. He stood perfectly still in the place he eneded up some ten feet away from Thalion. Until Thalion began to move towards him, slowly in pained steps. The best thing for him would be to get healed and rested, so home it was.

They were very close to the West caves. It would be half an hour or more before they reached it so no time could be wasted. Mizuki wanted to get his mind off of well, his mind. And the best thing for that was to walk. Thats what he did. When Thalion reached about two feet behind him Mizuki began to walk leaving the male behind with words on his lips and a dumb founded expression on his face. Thalion was even kind enough to grab Mizukis staff on the way over, but Mizuki didnt notice at that moment and nor did he care. Mizuki didnt want to talk. He wanted to get home and forget the past two weeks even happened.

He never blinked or had a second though on if this woman should live or not, the only thing he offered her was a prayer that her soul would be spared by the goddess. But thats the only kind words he offered. Really it was more then she deserved he thought. Though he knew very well that each side had it's own reasons to fight and each person had thier goals or will to defend the side they fought for. But showing mercy would lead him no where and she would come after Mizuki again, as well as the other woman.

He noticed a little after that Mizuki had walked off, leaving the staff behind as well. Though he retrieved it and started to walk towards him, but Mizuki seemed to have nothing to talk about as he walked further leaving Thalion behind. He never said a word, sure it was one of his old comrads.. but she wanted to kill him she would have liked nothing more then for them both to be dead in a pool of blood.

He figured he had to give Mizuki time, maybe the man was questioning what side he should be on. Either way it wouldn't be that long of a walk to get back tot he Western safe haven. He needed to have his shoulder looked any, the walk alone was going to be painful but doable.

The walk seemed silent, no attacks no talking, he thought maybe killing the woman was wrong at this poit. But he kept telling himself if he hadn't of killed her she would have them at some point or another.

Once they made it back inside Neimi greeted both of them happily but soon got the vibe that something was wrong as she let Thalion go and walk off leaving her with Mizuki. She frowned a bit noticing that Thalion had been wounded yet the first thing he was doing was going to see the general. Though he wasn't going to get news that would pelase him that was certain.

She couldn't bring herself to tell Mizuki what was going on, though it seemed to feed the vibe of the whole safe haven. It seemed slower as if a blow had been done to the very heart of the orgnization.

The walk seemed longer then he remembered as they made it back to the camp. Upon walking in Neimi walked over to them but said nothing as the look on her face changed. Thalion decided no time needed to be wasted and walked off leaving Mizuki behind with the young female he had growen to love. Through right now that was the last thing on his mind. "Go do your chores" Was all he said knowing how the female worked before walking off down the path leaving her behind.

Mizuki walked slowly until he got home. Walking in he silently closed the door behind him and thats where he broke down. Tears briming his eyes, anger in his movements Mizuki's ears fell back as he gave a deep growl. What the hell was he to do now? What was he to think!? He knew everything happened for a reason having said it many times himself but...things didnt make sence.

Mizuki then stormed forward and punched the wall infront of him. A strong fist coliding with the frame wood causing it to groan and crack under the attack. Fist after fist Mizuki punched the wall. Tears streaming down his face, bloodied knuckles taking more abuse by the second. Then he stopped. Shoulders heaving with breathes that were much needed. He gave one last growl and one last punch though his aim was off and he found his right hand going through the window in a sound of crashing glass and his curses.

Slinking back Mizuki fell to the floor just as the door opened. He knew who it was before the other male entered. He felt the males pressance just outside the door for awhile. Thinking that maybe he was trying to leave him alone so he could take out his frustrations. As soon as the sound of shattering glass was heard the door was opened. Thalion stood there in the door way just looking at the crying bloody mess that was Mizuki. Though he didnt care. His knuckels bruised and broken from the actions prior. Glass in his right arm sticking out in a few places. Mizuki didnt care thinking of the pain was better then thinking of everything else he had.

He had already gotten grave news from the general, but to walk in on Mizuki in this state as well. It wasn't his day was it. He frowned a bit as he walked over to Mizuki before grabbing his arm looking at the glass and blood as he then look towards the other's face. "you could have said you had something on your mind.. instead of trying to kill yourself in the slowest method possible." He sighed heavily he wasn't sharing what was on his mind either to be fair.

He never did go to get his shoulder looked at, that was part of the reason he had hesitated to enter in the first place, but the sound of glass made him think that entering was the better idea.

He walked to a side room that was more of a cloest then anything as he pulled out a small supply box and walked back towards Mizuki, sure he was worried he probably was in the wrong again but he wouldn't say a word.

He waited a moment before sitting the box down near wher eMizuki was. "at least let me help.. you can go back to sulking alone if you want after" His words were a little harsh but he knew well enough that Mizuki wouldnt stalk till he was ready to, forcing him would lead to them fighting and Thalion didn't have the energy to fight at the moment. Something seemed to weight heavily on his thoughts as he almost had a blank expression on his face even if he was trying to help Mizuki from bleeding all over the place.

Mizuki just sat there. When Thalion had came over and grabbed his arm in carfeull hands he almost wanted to jerk it away, but he didnt. The words the other had said didnt even penitrate his mind as he sat there. Sure he was in pain and loosing blood but at that moment Mizuki didnt really care. That is when Thalion stood and returned a moment later with what appeared to be first aid supplies. Lifting his arm to his chest infront of him Mizuki looked at it.

He then did something unexpected even for him being in one of his moods. Mizuki then began to rip out the glass shards not careing if he causes more damage to his arm or not. He got two pieces out before a strong hand caught his when he went back for the next shard. It was the hand of Thalion. Looking up the expance of that arm he looked into anger yet worrie filled eyes.

Mizuki himself didnt know where that came from but he didnt regret it. "Am...I destand to be alone..." Mizuki knew it was the wrong way to say the question but it was to late now. Every person he thought or loved was dying...or was already dead. And those he thought he could trust no matter what seemed to stab him in the back with the first chance possible.

Mizuki then hung his head not being able to take the glare from Thalion anymore. "Where...do I belong?" Mizuki then dropped the bomb shell he had been thinking off since the battle a little while ago. Where did he belong? Now classified a traitor from the east, feared by still alot of the west...what was he to do? Mizuki felt lost and alone. Like he mattered to no one. But that wasnt true right? The male beside him and even said he loved him...so why?

Mizuki didnt know. All he knew was that he needed to know or feel the others love beside him. He needed it to push out the darkness of doubts and fears that clouded a tired mind. With that thought he turned his head with very sad eyes and a lost expression. Reaching a blood stained hand up Mizuki touched the side of Thalions face and gave almost a needy whimper his ears falling back with the motion.

Mizuki then moved with almost lightening speed wrapping his arms around the just as hurt and tired male. He just needed to feel him, hold him, thats all he wanted. So thats what he did. Wrapping his arms around the other he hid his head in Thalions non hurt shoulder. He couldnt help the pained whimpers and tears as they now flowed freely. His mind was tormented and he had only one anchor left in this world. One that he was currently holding onto as if his life depended on it.

He listened to him unsure of what to say, he needed to prevent him from just ripping the glass out he could end up doing more harm then just leaving it there. Though the next question made him worry a bit more then normal. "what do you mean where do you belong.." He said in a low voice, was this what had been bothering Mizuki the whole walk?

He sighed a little before speaking "No ones destined to be alone, and where you belong is right here. To hell with whatever anyone thinks." Thats all he could get out before the other seemed to have a sudden expression change as he looked up at Thalion and placed a blood covered hand on the side of his face.

He didn't have time to react when Mizuki moved again wrapping his arms around him and sobbing into the side of his neck. His shoulders sank a little, normally he'd tell Mizuki to stop crying and to get over it but he didn't thins time. Instead he wrapped his arms around Mizuki as well keeping him close. "You have a place.. don't think that you don't." He paused a moment before going on "it's here with me, damn what anyone says about it."

Mizuki didn't know what to think. All he knew was that he was unsure about what to do. He knew that he had a place here with Thalion but at the same time all he could think about was his inner termoil. Mizuki then pulled away and looked Thalion in the eyes "I love you...please....please don't leave me..." He didn't know what made him say those words. Well the I love you came from his heart because he did love him.

Mizuki mind was all over the place. He still was not convinced about what the other had said to him and the only thing that gave him away was the drop of his ears and the hang of his head. He then looked up to Thalion once more. Leaning forward he placed his lips upon the other males in.a silent test wanting to know if Thalion would return the kiss back. He needed this. The males lips on his gave him a sence of belonging.

He looked at Mizuki as he stepped back and listened to him, why would he say that? He laughed slightly though it was weak at best as he kept his eyes on Mizuki. "Why would I leave you? Hell I'd be more worried of you leaving I'm hardly easy to get along with." He knew he was right, Thalion was commonly giving him a hard time, even if he meant well.

Though when he didn't say anything and kissed him he stood there a moment. what had gotten into Mizuki, the past few days he had been.. asking odd things assuming the worse. As Mizuki pulled away from the kiss Thalion grabbed him and pulled him back to him pressing his lips against the others and forcing him to stay there.

When Mizuki kissed Thalion he felt the shock in the others lips...He pulled away sadly before he was grasped again and pulled into a much more heated one. Though he did not pull away nor did he resist. Mizuki gave back just as much if not more. Mizuki then pushed the shorter male back into the wall his hands pressed against his chest in a silent plea.

Mizuki then shifted to kneels over the male. Back arched slightly from hight difference he moved his hands from Thalions chest to hold the males face. Two warm strong hands cupped each cheek in a needy embrace as Mizuki found comfort in the heated touched. He then pulled back looking down to male under him with lust filled lavender eyes loving the hint of red in the others cheeks. Well at least he was in no short supply of blood.

Mizuki knew that the wounds both of them had needed to be cleaned and dressed. Hell Mizuki could do one better for Thalion. Sitting back so his ass rested on the others legs he took the chrystal off of his neck and brought it to his mouth before saying almsot singing something softly to it. Moving his hand Mizuki removed the shirt from Thalions shoulder ripping the matarial that was already cut.

Placing the crystal above the cut he whispered an appoligy "This...will hut" He said in a soft tone before the hand that was holding his arm squeezed really hard opening the already scabbing wound. Quickly Mizuki jammed the chrystal into Thalions shoulder before quickly removing it ignoring the males pained curse of a protest. He smiled with saticefaction when the wound began to heal before his eyes leaving only blood in its wake.

Placing the chrystal back around his neck his ears suddenly dropped and he faulted a little as if the days event got to him at that exact moment. When he heard a worried "are you okay" From Thalion he nodded his head clossing his eyes "Yes...just it takes alot of energy from the chrystal so me...to heal that way" He said softly looking at him "But its worth it"

Even though Mizuki said he was ok Thalion was hardly convinced. Though to not telling everything on his mid, Thalion was still hiding something he had found out upon going to see the general of this resistance force. But Mizuki didn't need to know just yet, it wasn't like the man was dead or anything. At least not yet would be safe words to say.

"Come on" He finally said before trying to get Mizuki to get up. He couldn't do magic, known fact so he couldn't return the favor for Mizuki. Hew could do the next best thing and dress his hands and the arm that still had glass in it. "Before you get a infection" He smirked a little figuring Mizuki could figure out what he was talking about at the least. It was really just worrying him about the glass, there was already a chance he wouldn't be able to remove it all and the West didn't have any medical healers.

Mizuki sat there and watched as the male before him began to dress his arm and hands. Also cleaning the light cut that rested on his neck. Mizuki sat there quietly his ears hidden by silver hair as the other began to pull the glass from his arm. It was times like this that he really wanted to heal himself though he wasnt able to.

After awhile everything was wrapped and cleaned and he was forced into the bed for rest. He was about to comblaine and protest this when Thalion laid down beside him, bringing his head to rest on the others warm strong chest. Eassily said he soon drifted to sleep.

The next day he awoke in the morning the same time that he always did, right at the crack of dawn. Sitting up slowly he removed himself from the bed before turning and looking at a sleeping Thalion. He looked so peacefull just laying there. Mizuki shook his head and got dressed on silent feet, his hands and arm protesting all the way.

Standing fully dressed in what seemed to be work clothes Mizuki walked over and lightly bent down to place a tender kiss upon Thalions forehead. Standing he wanted to watch the scene before him but knew if he did any longer Thalion would wake do to someone watching him, so Mizuki left silently. Chores needed to be done and beging gone for as long as he always was...alot needed to happen.

Mizuki walked to the east caves and began his work with three other males. He sighed and explained that it was nothing and he was okay when all three asked about his arms and hands. He could still use a shovel, at least he thought so. So that is where Mizuki stayed for the the morning. Working with the three men until something happened.

Mizuki was standing there after the sixth cart this morning was already filled. Whiping his forehead he stood as he heard a creak in the rocks. A groan that traveled from one side of the cave to the other. The eastern caves was knowen fro collapsing that is why only four men went in at one time so if it did fall it was not concidered that big of a loss.

Mizuki looked up to the roof of the cave as another groan came forth with time loosening dirt causing it to fall tarnishing the color of his silver hair to a dingy grey.

Mizuki had no chance to do anything else then what he did. It was the shout from the back of the cave that made his head whip around to see the beginings of a cave in start. Small rocks began to fall from the back of the cave moving forward and growing bigger in size. With out thinking the chrystal was off his neck and he ran casting a spell just intime to save one of the men from a falling rock.

Mizuki growled he coulnt do this forever. "Run..." Mizuki said in a strained voice as if he himself was holding the rock up for the man. He got a stuttered yes before the man stood and ran fallowed by the other two. Mizuki began to back away slowly. When he was far enough he let the spell go causing all the rucks and dirt to fall.

Mizuki stood there covering his eyes but hissed as a rock flew passed and sliced his cheek. Hey...it could of been worse. As he let the rocks fall a gush of wind and dirt flew past him. It took everything he hand to stay upright. Once the dust began to settle Mizuki left the caves to see only two man out before him.

One was sitting there on the ground a head between his legs breathing heavy while the other stood half bunched over in the same state "Um wheres Mica?" Mizuki was sure all of them got out. With his words the two raised heads to him with shocked eyes before shouting his name "MIZUKI!" He heard from both before they rushed to him "He went to get Thalion and the genereal' The men stated "We thought...you...were dead" The male before him stated. Oh great thats just what he needed...Thalion thinking he was dead. Today was already a great day he thought shaking his head slightly.

Normally Mizuki got him up when he woke up, even though each time Thalion complained about it. But today he didn't for some reason, though truth be told the extra rest was probably needed. He had hardly slept the whole time Mizuki was recovering, so it was much needed even if he didn't wish to admit it. Though his sleep was about to get disrupted as a sudden banging noise was heard on the door.

"what the hell.." he groaned out as he sat up and looked towards the door. Though he noticed Mizuki wasn't still in bed, what the fuck? What time was it even. The banging on the door came again as Thalion hissed out his next words that he was coming. Grabbing his pants he threw them on before answering the door with a look that could almost kill.

"s-sir" the man stuttered out at first. "theres been a accident at the dig sight.. and" he seemed to leave off the end of his sentence as he looked at Thalion. He didn't want to finish the sentence, Mizuki had grown close to a lot of the people here, but it was easy enough to tell that Thalion would probably be pissed if not worse if something happened to Mizuki, same fact went towards Neimi as well.

Thalion was getting impatient on waiting for the man finish saying what he needed to say. "well.. out with it!" he snapped at him causing the other to flinch suddenly.

"Mizuki's.. he's missing there was a rock slide an-" Thalion cut him off knowing what missing meant, it was pretty much a nicer term to say he was probably dead or soon to be. "why the hell didn't you say that!" He said before pushing past him and running towards the eastern section of the caves. He didn't believe that Mizuki was dead, why the hell didn't he wake him up today.

Either way he was going to go see for himself what damage was done to the area, he had to.. the General was in no condition to push himself, even if he was going a fine job of hiding it from most.

Neimi was working on helping the older women of the camp when Thalion ran by, whatever it was she guessed it was more then important.. though there had been yelling from the Eastern wing. Had something happened? She couldn't just run off this time or she would have to see what was going on.

It took a little bit to run the full distance, after he finally got to the eastern wing he stopped and panted heavily trying to regain his breath as he had his hands resting on his upper legs and he was bent forward. He just wanted to know, he had to know everything was ok. After after all the shit they had gone through recently he wasn't allowed to die.

When word finally got to the General he seemed to look at the ground before standing and following the messenger. He'd have to see the damage, though it was said that another was sent to fetch Thalion, he was sure the commander was already there by this time.

Mizuki stood there regaining his thoughts of what just happened. The simple act of the spell combined with the previouse day began to creep up on him. What with little energy he head to begin with, then the work then the spell...Mizuki was tired. His vision was getting blurry but he kept blinking his eyes to keep them focused.

He knew thay both the general and Thalion were on the way. Thalion would probably reach the caves before the general. Deciding that he needed to sit Mizuki walked on wabbly legs to the cave wall and leaned against it. Bending his knees he slid down and landed with an exhale of air and a groan as muscles protested it.

Mizuki rested his sore hands and arm upon bent knees as he hung his head. His chrystal stil help on one hand hanging loosely infront of him. Loose hair that fell from his braid now hung in his face. Mizuki didnt move when he heard the thumping of heavy feat as something ran towards them. He assumed it was Thalion, but when the noise stopped and nothing was said to him he didnt raise his head. He remained where he was slouched and sore on the edge of blacking out from energy loss.

One of the others that was near Mizuki looked to see who was here before speaking. "you look like hell, wheres the General?" Though it was easy to tell everyone here was a bit on edge and was tired from the work from most of the day or from the stress of the event that just happened.

Thalion finally stood straight again his chest still heaving a bit, that wasn't something he did everyday.. run almost the full length of this place. "What kind of reply is that! I get told there's been a fucking accent and... " He trailed off a little looking and doing a count in his head. "and.. everyone's fine?" That wasn't what he was expecting, normally a cave in meant they lost at least part of the group working at the time.

Though he quickly regained his thoughts as he laid eyes upon Mizuki sitting there. He walked over to him before grabbing his shirt collar and forcing him to stand. "what the hells wrong with you?!" He growled out towards him, though he had a right to. He wasn't going to make Mizuki work today because of his hands and the fact that he was in a coma for over a week not a day before that.

Though he probably did over react a little, he didn't know how or what happened here but everyone was safe, or it seemed and the condition Mizuki was in he had a feeling the man was behind it. His quick temper getting the best of him instead of being over joyed that he was even breathing he was yelling at him. Though at the same time even if he had been here.. Thalion wouldn't have been able to do anything more aside from keeping the panic down a bit.

Mizuki was shocked at Thalions reaction. He was expecting a paniced 'are you all right' not the male asking what was wrong with him and this made Mizuki angry. He growled low as his ears retreated into his hair and he brought his right fist forward with a lightly speed cracking the other male in the jaw forcing him back.

"WHATS WRONG WITH ME!?!" Mizuki yelled all his anger coming to the serfice "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!?!" He shouted again punching the male before him once more "I could be dead and the first thing you do is grab me and yell in my face!" Mizuki was pissed! "Why the fuck is it so hard for you to show some emotion other then fucking anger!" He yelled before he stormed off leaving a shocked and wordless Thalion behind him.

Mizuki went out of his way and saved the men in the cave. He could of ran and saved his own life leaving all but himself to die! But no what did he do instead? He almost gave his life to save those around him! And what was his fucking thanks but to get roughly grabbed and yelled at!

Mizuki stormed through the what he called town walking right past Neimi who looked to him and asked what was going on. He didnt answer just glared and walked right past her heading home. He was in no state to talk to the female.

No one seemed to want to say a word to either Thalion or Mizuki. After Mizuki left Thalion clenched both hands into a fist before punching the closest wall to him, probably hardly the smartest idea with the wall being pure rock. Though it seemed that Thalion had done more damage to the wall then himself. "tsk you two know where to find me if anything else happens." He hissed out towards a few of the ones standing near by. With that being said he walked past them though he took a slightly different route from the one Mizuki took.

If anything he wasn't going to go home right away, why the hell would he bother. Was it so wrong to worry, he could have prevented the whole damn cave in probably if he were there. He was suppose to be there this morning to watch over the digging and to make sure this didn't happen. Though he'd never admit to Mizuki he handled this wrong, even if he himself knew that he did.

Maybe Mizuki was right and he should try to show what he's feeling more instead of holding it back. But at the same time he couldn't afford to do that now, not with how things were currently. But his thoughts would have to be put on hold as he found himself with the other messenger and the General.

It didn't take long to give the status report and that everyone was fine, much to the shock of the General. The man said he was still going to go to see for himself the damage, though most of it would be easily cleared in a few days time.

He at least wasted a hour, avoiding going home and avoiding Neimi who he knew would question what was going on, she'd find out from word of mouth soon enough anyway. After he had left the general's company he wasted most of the time at the tavern, normally he didn't drink it hardly helped his anger issue and he knew it. But at the same time it was more relaxing then going home and dealing with Mizuki and his temper.

He was just getting back to the door when he hesitated a little, he'd bet anything Mizuki was still pissed royally. But he had to go in some time or another, sad fact was he had to sleep some time. Making up his mind to get it over with already he opened the door and shut it behind him once he was inside. Though he never said a word as he stood there, still no shirt on from rushing out earlier.

Though the thoughts of a half sober mind were starting to get the better of him, part of him said he was in the wrong, he had rushed out because he was worried why the fuck did he yell at him.

Mizuki was still pissed the entire time he was at home he paced back and forth in the room yelling and growling at different things on his mind. That and the fact the he wanted to yell at the male some more but wasnt totaly shocked when he didnt return right away. After awhile though Mizuki stopped his pacing and stood in the middle of the room calming himself down.

With that Mizuki walked over to the wall and slid down it sitting there in a heap of anger and sore muscles. He knew he was a little out of line with the whole fight but..."Damn it all to hell" He cursed to himself letting his braid out before handing his head. One knee was brought up to his chest having his arm rest upon it while his other was staight out infront of him. He sighed deeply as the door opened.

Mizuki waited for the yelling to start from Thalion, but when nothing came his brows sank a little in thought before he smelt the air. Mizukis keen nose picking up the distant smell of booze...had Mizuki really caused the other to drink? He gave a little whimper at that thought...Thalion never drank.

The room remained silent, Thalion knew for sure Mizuki was still pissed. Though to be fair he knew what he had done wrong, though he'd never in a million years fess up to it. It was a rather awkward silence between the two in the room. Both sides looking at one another waiting for the other to snap.

After a moment he got a bit annoyed at this as he went to speak "tsk.. out with it already!" He growled towards Mizuki as his ears went back a little. It was rather rare for Thalion to drink, let alone a amount that he knew would get the better of him. But it was hardly just Mizuki's fault, it was more of a mix of things. Te stress of it all over the past week, the lack of sleep the news he got as soon as he returned to this place. All of the things Mizuki had said over the more recent days. It was probably a blessing Thalion was even sane still.

Mizuki growled at that standing and looking at him "Come out with it..." He said coping the other male "You should take your own fucking advice!" Mizuki said his voice raising in anger and volume. "Your the one thats so emotionaly fucked up the simplest things that should come natural to some one seems to causing only anger!" He said taking a step towards Thalion he was far from done.

"You say you love me...that I will be with you forever that I belong here..." Mizukis voice died a little "And yet your the worst for pushing me away" He said before he growled again. "I cant beleive you....all this fucking time I try and speak with you. I tell you my emotions expecting the same back and I get nothing...NOTHING!" He yelled balling his fists.

He was expecting this, really he asked for it. He deserved every word that Mizuki was saying really, he even knew the other was right. He tried to show his emotions but it never went well, it was almost as if his mind blocked out that ability. Though really what chance did he have to learn such things as a child, most at least had that chance.

He listened to the other's yelling rant before he bothered to open his mouth, though it was a little more twisted then his normal words. "Fine I don't love you then, what the fuck does it matter." He laughed a little keeping the distance between him and Mizuki. "hell really whats it matter? every day time I turn around your hurting yourself or someone else is or there's a chance your fucking dead."

"did you ever once think about how the hell i've been feeling? Why I don't show my emotions? No probably not." He seemed to stop a second before taking a few steps towards Mizuki, his ears still back showing his mood all too well as he spoke again. "what do you fucking want from me?! I've tried to do what I could, and you can't do one simple thing."

He seemed pause another second before a almost twisted grin came across his face. "maybe you shouldn't have taken that arrow back then. You would have been better off and you could have retreated back to your damn army of followers." His words were meant to sting, hell he was saying whatever came to mind even if it was going to hurt Mizuki.

Mizuki faulted taking a step back...He didnt love him. Mizuki should of knowen better to not believe those words but they stung none the less. Mizuki stood there and listened to the other male rant and rave until the words fallowed that hurt him more then anything ever could.

"maybe you shouldn't have taken that arrow back then. You would have been better off and you could have retreated back to your damn army of followers."

He stopped hurt and anger filled eyes looking to the drunken male before him. That was it. Mizuki had enough "Fine then!" He all but screamed "I will retreat like a wounded dog back to the east. Then being classified as a traitor I will be put to death and you will finally be fuking happy!" He screamed into the males face taking a step forward. "No more having to worrie for someone besides your ignorat self loathing thing that you are!"

Mizuki was completely done. Turning on his heal he grabbed his staff and put on his cloak. Turning he looked at the male that stood in his way and decided that if all hell was lose what would a few choice words do "I knew you never trusted me. From the begining" He said in a growl 'It really was all a fucking game to you" He said in a hiss filled with pure anger.

He seemed oddly pleased with the reaction he got out of Mizuki, though this was exactly why he did't drink or at least not to this extent. Though he wasn't sure if Mizuki meant it either, he seemed intent on leaving but he was standing in the way at the current time.

Though the next words out of Mizuki's mouth seemed to be the last straw as far as Thalion restraining himself went. His ears dropped and went back further as he grabbed Mizuki's collar and slammed his back against the wall. "What did you just say?!" He growled mere inches from the other's face.

Mizuki might have been taller but brute strength wise Thalion had him beat, and he knew that using it to his advantage to pin the other against the wall. "You dare to even say that?! After all that I went through, hell I was going to take you to the Eastern camp just to make sure you lived!" It was very apparent that Talion was beyond pissed by now, that last comment of Mizuki saying it was all a game and that Thalion never trusted Mizuki.. that was something he couldn't handle.

Though at the same time his temper and rage seemed to cause something else to happen as the spot he was holding Mizuki by seemed to heat up on contact. For the moment that was the only reaction a minor temperature change, though it seemed to increase the longer Thalion went on. "So yeah I'd call that a game, I was going to throw my life away just to make sure you didn't die!" He hissed out, though about this time it seemed his very palm that he was holding onto Mizuk's shirt with was glowing faintly, this following a similar pattern to the temperature increase.

Mzuki growled angerly as he was grabbed and forced back into the wall by the shorter male. The nerve he had. Mizuki dropped his staff as he grabbed the other males arms in an attempt to loosen the grip though he failed to notice the heat change or the glow. His eyes were locked with those of the males before him "It was a game...lets see how long I can keep him alive while slowly killing him at the same time" Mizuki said in a hiss.

"Was that it...you wanted to see the General of the eastern army fall by your hands for something as pitifull as love!" He screamed in the males face infront of him. The words were harsh and dripped with malice. "Trust...I never had it" He said as a final blow with a deep growl.

He clenched his teeth as he listened to the final words. He wanted nothing better then to kill Mizuki at this second he had that right, but he also knew that it's not what he really wanted. "Tsk yeah that's fucking it I wanted to see how damn slowly I could kill you!" He hissed out and at the same time it seemed to push whatever was going on over the edge as the very cloth he was holding onto seemed to burn at his touch, though he hardly noticed it at all.

He pulled Mizuki forward a little before slamming him again against the wall again still holding onto his shirt. "If all I wanted was to keep you alive I wouldn't have bothered talking to you, hell .. be damned with mind games fuck em!" He yelled out towards the other one. "you know damn well thats not what happened! You were there and about as damn confused as I was at the time" He hissed towards him before releasing the hold he had on the shirt and drawing his fist back, for sure he was going to punch Mizuki this time. Though if he didn't notice before he could defiantly now see the red aura that was on the others hand as we as the slightly charred spots on his shirt where Thalion had been holding onto.

He didn't say another word as he slammed the fist forward, though he landed the punch mere inches next to Mizuki's head as he left it there. "If I didn't trust you I wouldn't keep you around! I wouldn't on purpose leave myself disarmed at night, I wouldn't do a lot of things!"

Mizuki let out a large exhale of air as he was forced into the wall again barly haveing time to judge if the other was going to hit him or not before the fist hit the wall beside him "You would..." Mizuki said with an evil smirk on his face "And you are" He said again shortly after pushing the male father and father to a breaking point "Everything leading to this point didnt have to be done but you carried on...what fun would a game be if it ended so fast" He said harshly looking to the male "You would do everything in your power to make me believe it and foolish me for falling for it" He said in a deep his.

He kept his fist against the wall, the very material around it seemed to start heating in response to his hand being there. But with the words that were being spat out by Mizuki he wasn't paying any attention to it. "What the hell?!" He couldn't believe what he was even hearing, even for Mizuki this was a bit over the edge.

He moved a hand to Mizuki's throat while he kept the other braced against the wall. "If I really wanted to fucking toy with you then I wouldn't have let myself get dragged into it! I can think of far sicker ways to toy with someone rather then the plot that your trying to say is true" He growled his words still apparently pissed to no end.

The hand on Mizuki's neck was doing a similar reaction to the other one, being fed by his temper for the time being and probably burning Mizuki in the process. "You know damn well I haven't been toying with you!" He yelled before forcing Mizuki against the wall again by his neck this time. "Back when it first started.. you know damn well I couldn't pull off acting like I'm falling for someone let alone tell that person I love them!"

His temper seemed to flare up again as sparks seemed to appear on the wall and the burning on Mizuki's neck intensified a bit. "Why would i say something like that if I didn't mean it! Why would I risk my life to ensure you lived if you didn't mean everything to me?! Answer me that, you and I both know I don't show many emotions yet would would I willingly show most of them to you?" In the back of his mind he was saying because I trust you damn it, because I do love you even if your a idiot at times. Though on the same note he was as well, he wasn't even sure why he was holding Mizuki by the throat.. though it almost felt natural.

Mizuki first noticed the sparks but had no time to comment as his throat was grabbed and squeezed warther harshly. His skin began to heat up it felt as though his skin was on fire.
