Basically her favorite outfit is either halter top or tank top, skirt and boots. but yea, basically Chloe's free for all cause who knows what she will actually wear. I haven't dissected her closet yet.

Okay so then another question. Should I dress her in more modern type clothing? Or more fantasy like in the reference picture on the front page?

More modern.. through she also values many of the old Japanese traditions, -she refuses point blank to value any tradition relating to her American side- if she was going somewhere such as to her sens-hi or someone just as important house, she would wear the traditional Japanese clothing. If she's just out with her friends, casually, the tank top/skirt and boots would be her choice. Only and I mean, only time that Chloe will ever, ever wear a dress will be dealing with business (Chloe was left quite a bit of money when her mother passed on, she seldom talks about either of her parents or what they did for a living nor will she touch the money left to her, no matter how bad things get.) or a date.. (so if anyone wants to draw Advent and Chloe doing something not casual, I just gave a hint on what she would most likely be wearing. XD most likely without the headpiece)

I felt that Chloe was a sassy gal, so I gave her an equally sassy wardrobe. :)
I don't have a scanner, so quality is kinda off, but either way I hope you guys like her. I do. :)

haha, in truth Chloe is quite sassy.. usually people call her cold or that she has attitude issues, yet compared to my Lei who is very antisocial and just pisses everyone off.. Chloe might come off that way but than her attitude is fueled more by her emotions where Lei, it's a mix of her uprising (her origins are Gypsy) and her past. so maybe saying she wouldn't pick a fight with Advent was not true, if he pissed her off enough, she would..
