Well, it's hard to think somehting 100% unique right now. In everything you can see bits and pieces of other things that are combuned together. EVEN if the author has not even thought of them.
I go the middle path. Some things are all my own creations, like my plots and some of my favorite OCs... Oh gee, i have lots of unique STORIES for characters... not so many unique characters them selves. xD Then again, I used to create a char for each RP... Leads to repetetive things eventually.
But my favorites (about 4-7 characters)... Well, they are pretty original. ^^
But, well, who am I to speak anywyas. I haven't rped much in years. @_@; They just sit there and are remembered. xD

Yeah, but its that combination of things that makes them unique. xD

I have a lot of ideas that I know are bizarre and unique, its just getting them down that makes me go D:!

@Divi: lol Didn't say Viet was easy, just the easiest xD OCs are harder to draw than "that random character" and even Avatars (imo).

I had to do a lot of things today, and as soon as I wake up...we're going to a chinese buffet. Choppy progress, I don't like unplanned choppy. p=

I used rp 12 hours a day, sometimes more... and then I just got overwhelmed. ideas kept coming and coming, but it all took too much time and effort. So, now I have slowed down and work on the brightest ideas and such.

I basically don't RP anymore. I tried recently. But alas I was dropped.

I came to slow realization that I am not a good RPing partner, at least not one on one, cause I tend to reply to the post, describing every detail of how my character responds to what happens... but not move thingas onward.
And... Well, I am also a picky RPer. I don't like if I have to be the one who has to make more and more things, to point of ridiculous, to make things happen, and I get only standart replies of "he sighed, smiled, kept eating, etc.".
I also like to brainstorm and chat a lot with my partner so... x_x; And I hate being rushed. It kills all my joy of RPing. And my English tends to limp, as it is not my first language.

Maybe the first factor has changed (as I have read and written quite a bit since then (not to mention, grown up), but I haven't really had a chance to test it. I tried Rping this winter, but I didn't have "contact" with my partner and I got very busy, so it died... I sort of miss RPing though.

I am now looking trough RP searches.... But I think I won't post anywhere. And my RP search thread is in the trash again. >.<; sighe.

@Divi: okay. btw I may be dissappearing for an day. I made a stupid mistake while attempting to re-install windows. And the effects are showing in the performance. u_u oy

I'm a long post type of RPer. My shortest posts are normally... 3 paragraph but that length makes me sad. I love long, page long posts. But no one goes for that.

I agree on the conversing part. The best RPs I ever had were when I and my partner planned it.

I used to rp a lot-I had over 9 rps going on at a time and each were like 3 paragraphs or more.
Now either I have not been feeling it or the other party have not been feeling it creating huge gaps in the rping.
Or I would want to rp something and they'd be like "meh."
Which has happened to all my rp partners lately lol XD I guess its just the season.

Ahaha, I type 3 paragraphs minimum (but sometimes not too big paragraphs ^^; ), too. I used to write pages long posts, like 1000-2000+ words per post, but I have to reallly get into the RP and be on sync with other player for that, I think. But it was really fun. ^^ Good old times. xD

Sometimes plotting was more fun than writing it out. xD Sometimes, we plotted it so far it was hard to catch up with things in the RP (as I don't like to rush parts of story/RP, lol).

I am currently trying to RP on another site, dunno how it will go, but it's sort of nice to be writing again.
