But of course! :) Developers like us thrive on knowing what people think of our work -- targeted criticisms are one of the most valuable things we can get.

Definitely! It is very difficult to tell what I've done wrong on something that I've been working on for a long while...Any oddities are obscured from you if you use it a lot, you see.

Yeah, once you've gotten used to your own stuff, you tend to not use the parts that don't work very well. (Because the parts you DO use that don't work very well tend to get fixed. ;) ) So it's easy for us to miss the stuff that WE don't use, or that WE take for granted, that other people could run into pretty easily.

Bug reports also show how much people care about it. Feedback is inspiring!
