Mmm mother fucking pumpkin bread! Also naut is apparently an okay support, but think he's best in the jungle. Apparently they have been doing fiddle and zyra support lately, and even darius can support. He has a shorter range blitz grab that has no collision issues.

Hermes 01-10-2013 06:44 PM

Ugh I got forced to play support TWICE today, and I hated it, then when I finally do get to mid, we have the worst crap ever. I got ganked 3 times in mid by a Yi, and guess who had the only lane that never got a gank for our team? ME! And then when people would go MIA, nobody would say shit, so I'd have like 4 people in my lane and be by myself

I believe that I can carry myself out of 700 elo as Sona. 8|
I play her when I just want to stomp teams. She forcefeeds kills even to idiot carries. I don't have fun playing her with my ranked team anymore because it's just not even challenging, but with a complete stranger it's more fun because I get to adapt to their playstyle.

Don't hate on the support, Hermes, the support LOOOOOVES you! <3

I really enjoy Zyra support, and I've also been trying to learn Lux. I don't like playing Taric in solo queue because my carries are all idiots who can't take advantage of him, even if they request I play Taric. D: But he's really fun when I play with friends. I'm also looking forward to Thresh, but I feel like he'll be banned a lot.

Lucid ill help u get out of 700 elo... im at 980. We can duo

Hermes 01-10-2013 08:18 PM

Lucid, I'd be glad to duo with you some time, I can try to ADC with Trist, TF, or Ezreal

I'll be trying to get Thresh. Chains and Lanterns? That is exactly my style. But for now, I want Nami!

Nami can seriously do some work, she's my favorite support right now.

Law 01-10-2013 08:31 PM

Don't drop to 700 and you wont have to fight your way out. Be a silver elo like your friendly neighborhood Law. By the way mid isn't all you play is it? I have like 3 or 4 favorite champs for every single role, and I actually main support.

hyjin 01-10-2013 08:35 PM

I would be silver elo if people would stop being afk and quiting

Law 01-10-2013 08:39 PM

They say as long as you play well then you're likely to win a match. 80% chance that you're not on the team with the feeder/afker/quiter/rager.

Hermes 01-10-2013 08:45 PM

The sad thing is, I really thought people would get better in ranked...they got worse "Okay, I can do anything besides jungle or support, really well in fact" "HURDURR I WANT KILL THING I BE ADC YOU BE SUPPERT" "Guys, I am terrible at support "PICK ORDER SCREW YOU HURRRRR" And then I always end up being the only person who will bite the bullet and play support. I used to love playing support, now I HATE it because in every single queue, besides one, so far in ranked or draft I have been FORCED to play support. If it happens again, I'm just going to start telling people they should have listened, grab Master Yi, and just start stealing kills.

Law 01-10-2013 08:47 PM

I love jungle, but when I play ADC I feel like to much is riding on me so I don't play as well. Got to learn everything though, and they say the only real way to force your way through ranked is by not playing support. Play someone like Amumu that can carry a game they say.

hyjin 01-10-2013 08:48 PM

I agree with hermes that is how it really goes... and its more like 10% u would win... not 80%

Law 01-10-2013 08:50 PM

It's actually something I was watching, and it states 80% that you wont be on a bad team not that you will win. It says nothing about your chance of winning.

This guy is pretty helpful for you to realize possible mistakes, and to protect yourself from doing bad in a game and doing better overall. It also has a bit about counter jungling on his channel too. http://www.youtube.com/user/gbay99

hyjin 01-10-2013 09:02 PM

Sill bad teams/games happen very often

Hermes 01-10-2013 09:16 PM

I think part of it is simply...role-choosing. Not a lot of people listen when you say "I need to be in this role" until higher elo

hyjin 01-10-2013 09:22 PM

yeah they just dont care

Law 01-10-2013 09:27 PM

Yeah the guy I just sent you in a link he personally says as you climb the ladder people will realize okay he says he is best at this role, so I'll step up and take over the other role so he can have it because they know if they play their best role it increases overall team success.
