Nic sighed. He had answered her question. What was she mad about now?

Laurel didn't help him understand as she stood, "I'm going to go eat," she told him. She didn't sound mad, just a little tired.

Nic let her go, resting in bed some more.

After Raven had put away his souvenirs, given Frei her candy, and checked in with Wolfe, he went to find Laurel.

Laurel was sitting in the sun by the pool, petting Rosemary.

So when Raven found Laurel he asked if she wanted to go shopping.

Laurel seemed a little out of it, but she agreed.

Meanwhile, Wolfe talked to Rosen.

So Raven went about distracting and energizing Laurel.

When Laurel picked up for awhile before sighing, "I think... I might have made a mistake," she admitted quietly as they walked out of the candy shop.

Topless Rosen walked into Nic's room.

"... What do you mean?" Raven asked.

Nic was at his computer again, not noticing Rosen walk in.

Laurel was silent, staring at the ground as they walked.

So Rosen walked over to Nic, stopped behind him and then leaning down, putting his face right by Nic's neck, "Mmm, you smell good," he murmured, exhaling hot breath over Nic's neck.

"... Come on, Laurel," Raven told her gently.

Nic slowly stopped typing, but his body language remained mostly the same. "... Who put you up to this?" he asked Rosen as he turned off his screen. But he didn't move.

Laurel finally sighed, "I... gave everything to Nic," she mumbled, "And it's not like I regret it, because I don't. But... I think..." she shifted a little, "the timing could have been better."

Rosen chuckled near his ear before rubbing his cheek across Nic's. His whole aura had changed, everything about him seemed alluring and beautiful.

"... You..." Raven was silent for awhile before putting an arm around her. "But, you're happy, right?"

"Seriously," Nic said as he became more rigid and stood up. "Just tell me."

Laurel nodded slowly, "... Most of the time," she replied quietly, "But there's still a large wall between us. I thought... mistakingly... that getting closer to him physically would help. But I guess... being with me like that isn't a big deal to him."

"Relax..." Rosen breathed as he moved around to Nic's front. He looked down at Nic with captivating eyes before lightly kissing his temple.

Raven kissed the top of Laurel's head gently. "I'm sure it's not like that..."

"... Why are you doing this?" Nic asked, voice quieter and body still rigid.

Laurel huffed a little, "I don't understand guys..." she muttered.

Rosen didn't respond as his hand went AAAAAAAAAAAAANNDDDDDDD he continued to seduce Nic... because he's awesome.
