A little more customization would be nice, but they probably leave that to the Arena games. I know Pokémon Battle Arena had a lot of customization options.

Regardless I will probably get this game...I'm back in the "mood" for Pokémon ^^;;

I started with Oshawott last time so for White 2 I picked Tepig. I am also playing as the boy even though I don't usually play as the male characters. I really don't like the girl. xP

with dream radar i managed to get a Riolu, a drifbloon, and Munna :3 screw using pokeballs xD

It's annoying to me.. I got like 50 billion riolu's from it. I always get the same Pokemon, nothing new. :/

yeah but theres plenty of grass/fire pokemon around early, such as magby/ growlithe and all those new grass pokemon i can never remember the name of >.>

Yeah.....the new ones are a rad interesting to remember.....

I still haven't beaten the first gym and I have not seen one wild fire type.... OH WELL I can look forward to them. xD

I hate most grass types in general. I started with Snivy and I promised myself I wouldn't abandon him, but the only grass type I've ever stuck with is Leafeon.

I don't like any of the new dragon types. :c I only like the Dratini line, the Gible line, and Kingdra. Not counting legendaries, anyway. I never play with legendaries.

Well Charizard isn't technically a dragon type... It's a flying/fire type...

Seriously, in the 6th gen Nintendo really needs to change Charizards and Gyradoses types to Dragon/Fire(or water for gyradose)

I don't remember Gyarados ever being Dragon type...though it was referred to as a Dragon in the Pokédex if I remember right?

I've gotten Black 2 also and I'm moving along. I know I don't want to abandon my starter but...the grass starter is really a disappointment in this generation :/ Plus I already used him all the way through White. On the third gym in Black 2 and still no psychics...I'm sad because I really like that type. Found a Purrloin for dark but I used that in White :/

Gyarados was always water flying. Ever since the very first games.
He can learn dragon rage, and twister and some other dragon moves, but he is water flying.

Charizard was intentionally not given dragon type status due to the fact having a dragon type starter pokemon would be horribly unfair. Even though it isn't a starter in the new games, starter pokemon have certain stat ranges. As all pokemon do. Charizard would be a pseudolegendary with dragon status.

I do admit I squealed like a fangirl when I found a wild Riolu...Lucario is one of my favorite pokémon XD

Oh there's wild beldum now, too. They did that on purpose. They're pokemon native to Unova, but were egg pokemon in previous games.
