I love me some vegetables. I prefer seafood as my meat, and rice as a carb. Everything else is nice, but...man, Chinese food is the best IMO

I've had like a ton of dairy this past week and I feel how crappy I feel because of it. I still eat cheese in small amounts but I never drink milk. Damn that stuff is horrible for you.
