Smiles "Good, he creeped me out and I'm a vampire. Freaking shape-shifter bat, who serves papers. How insane is that." he sighs with content from laying with her.
|
Snickering softly, she mused out loud.
"I wonder where he was keeping that paper..." |
Giggles. "Oh I didn't even think of that..."
|
Smiling wider, she picked her head up to look up at him.
"And you touched it." |
Grins shaking his head and wipes his hands on the grass. "I'll remember that for next time, maybe I'll handle it with plastic gloves or something."
|
Giggling, she laid her head back down on his chest, rubbing her leg gently up and down his as they lay there in the grass in the dark.
|
Smiles at her "So what now?"
|
Shrugging, she swished her tail slowly in the grass.
"I'm not usually the one leading the show, until the bedroom comes into play, of course." |
"Yeah... so I'm sure it's getting late.... would you like to head back to your place? Or you want to spend a little more time here? Hell I wouldn't mind staying here for the night... with you."
|
Smiling softly, she shrugged one shoulder.
"Staying here would be nice. But... Don't you have to be somewhere before dawn or something?" |
Smiles, shaking his head. "I won't burn up as soon as the sun comes out, if that's what you're asking."
|
Smiling sheepishly, she nodded.
"That's what I was getting at, yes." |
Grins. "Anything else you are curious about? About the myths and superstition."
|
Sitting up, and leaning back on her arms, she nodded.
"Yeah. What about stakes? And garlic and holy stuff?" |
Grins. "Garlic, no, holy stuff no, and stakes? I never felt like pushing my luck and let someone stake me."
|
Tittering from a giggle, she nodded.
"I see. And you've already said you won't turn into a crispy critter from sunlight. Hmmm... What else. Do you sleep in a coffin? What about the dirt from where you were buried?" |
Grins "I prefer sleeping in a nice... comfortable bed, and no, I don't need dirt from my home, thank goodness. I'd hate to have to carry around a bag of dirt wherever I sleep. Oh and I do have a reflection."
|
"I was going to ask about that next. It seems that pretty much everything they've ever told us about vampires is all crap then, huh?"
Rotating her shoulders and arching her back, she flexed and stretched, purring as her joints popped and cracked. |
Grins. "Well... depends on the vampire actually. There are many different kinds out there, from the typical to the original and different."
|
"The maker does so enjoy variety. Might as well with his apex predators, huh?"
Rolling onto her stomach, she used her forearms to hold her upper body up to look at him as they talked. |
