Charlotte looked at Mizuki's eyes as he spoke, knowing that he meant every word. When he bowed his head she put her hand on his cheek wanting him to look at her. She was still curious as to what his "gifts" were, but wanted to have the answers come in their own time.

Mizuki closed his eyes and he felt her hands touch his face. He lightly rubbed his cheek into her hand before he opened his eyes and raised his head to look at her. |
As Mizuki and her eyes met she felt a shiver run down her spine. Charlotte slowly sought the courage to ask him the questions that had been taunting her since yesterday. "What exactly are your gifts?"

Mizuki looked to her "That my dear...is a question best saved for later" He said to her and he leaned back and stood. Reaching a hand down he offered to help her up.

She placed her hand lightly in his and allowed him to pull her up. "So what are we going to do?"

Mizuki looked to her "Well...for now we will go to class" He said to her lightly pulling her to the door as he began to walk. "Later tonight everything will become clear" He said to her and gave her a real smile. For him it was a rare thing.

Charlotte let Mizuki drag her to choir. It was nice to be able to sit next to each other during class. She kept sneaking glances at Mizuki wishing that school was already over.

Choir ended and lunch was next. Leading Charlotte to the tree he sat down and pulled something from his bag. Handing it to her he said simply "Eat, you will feel better" Opening it he reveled home made Taiyaki (like a fish shapped pastry stuffed with red bean paste) and meet balls on scewrs. "I brought that just for you" Mizuki said with a smile.

Charlotte smiled up at him and took a bite of the food that he handed her. She slowly chewed it before sighing. "Thank you Mizuki. For everything today." She scooted over so she was sitting right next to him and layed her head on his shoulder.

Mizuki sat there and watched. He soon pulled out his flute and placed it to his lips. Wafting light toons on the wind he closed his eyes and sat with her. Soon h lowered the small pipe and bowed his head a little. You must gather your things. Tis almost time for class" He said softly to her.

Charlotte gathered her things and let Mizuki help her up. "Are you coming?" She said as she started walking to class.

Mizuki stood there for a moment before he nodded his head. Fallowing her he opened the doors for her before he himself fallowed behind her. Walking her to her class Mizuki took her hand and kissed it lightly "Later tonight..." Was all he said before he turned and left walking down the hallway

Charlotte walked into band with a grin on her face. She quickly assembled her oboe and got to work wetting the reed. Band quickly passed by and soon school was over. Charlotte went outside towards the art room to try to find Mizuki.

Mizuki was happy. Bio went by fast and art fallowed. He sat down at the table with all his pencils and went to town on his drawing. It was a sketch for his final project. After what seemed like hours he pulled away and looked at it. At that moment the last bell of the day decided to ring. Placing everything back where it was found Mizuki grabbed his things and left his class to find Charlotte waiting for him. He gave a bow of his head "Well...shall I walk you home?" He asked her with a tilt of his head

Charlotte smiled when she saw Mizuki walk out of art. "That would be very nice. How was art and bio?"

Mizuki nodded his head to her "They where both satisfactory" He said with a calm tone. "Well...shall we" He said as he began walking down the hallway. Soon they where out the doors and heading towards Charlottes house.

Charlotte walked in silence for a while just looking up at Mizuki. She was waiting for him to tell her about his secret. She wanted to ask him about it, but wasn't sure how to ask it exactly. As she was looking up at him she tripped on an uneven bit of concrete.

They then reached her house and he stood there at the gate for a moment before he turned his head and looked up. Charlotte watched as Mizuki walked down the street hurrying away. She kept watching until he was out of sight. Only then did she leave the gate and walk up to the house. She was curious about what he had meant by "I will come back to you." The words kept replaying in her mind as she sat on her bed and tried to concentrate on her English essay.

Charlotte jumped a little at the sudden noise at the window. She smiled as she saw Mizuki's face in the window. She climbed off of her bed and walked over to the window and opened it letting Mizuki walk in.

A dark crimson silk shirt fell down his torso and arms to open a little showing his milky white skin. A leather vest fell from his shoulders and his braid down the left side as well. Dark crimson pants hugged his hips to flair out with a different aray of buckels and black leather straps. Charlotte chuckled a little at Mizuki's bow. She sat back down on her bed and picked her paper back up still watching Mizuki closely trying not to blush. "Well good evening to you too. I don't know how well my parents would like it if they found out you were up here, but I don't mind."

Inside was a choker with a celtic C on it for her name. Fallowed my a dress in the style of a japanese kimono. It was black with crimson high lites and a blood drop patteren falling from a black widow on her spider web. Black webbed stockings fallowed along with arm gaurds and black high heels. Two chopsticks layed at the bottem of the back that had rubies dangeling from the tops in shapes of black widows. Charlotte smiled up at him as he pulled out the different garments. She took the clothes from him and walked into her bathroom. She quickly took her clothes off and stepped into the clothes, hoping that she put them all on correctly. She was still unsure of what to do with the chopsticks so she walked back into her room holding them in her hand looking up at Mizuki unsure of what to say and wondering how he thought she looked.

Walking over he lightly took them from her hand and walked behind her. Taking her hair lightly he wrapped it loosely around his finger then folded it placing the chopsticks in her hair to hold it in place. The black widows hung upside down sparkeling in the light just like his black widow hanging from the tip of his braid. Char smiled as Mizuki helped her with her hair. She was surprised at how deft his fingers were in putting her hair up. When he turned to look at her, she smiled up at him. As he placed a kiss on her hand she blushed brightly. She looked up at him slightly confused. "How are we supposed to get out of here without my parents noticing? Its not like we can just walk out the front door...." She let her voice trail off as she looked up at him.

Charlottes eyes widened as she walked over to the window sill. She looked down to the ground which was three stories away. She slowly started to back away frightened by the height.

Charlotte looked into Mizuki's eyes and slowly placed her hand in his as he helped her out the window. "Are you sure that this is safe?" She said still nervous being out on the branch.

As he set her down onto the pavement her knees buckled slightly. She looked up at him slightly dazed. "That was an .... interesting experience.... Not sure if I want to do it again anytime soon...."

Charlotte sank down into the plush leather seats of the mustang grateful to be on the ground. "Where might we be going Mizuki?" Charlotte looked at him as he sat down into the seat next to her.

He gave her a little of a shy kind of look "Oh...its a little place that I know of" He said to her before placing his seat belt on and putting the car into gear he sped off into the night.
He was taking her down to the peer. Soon they parked the car and he got out opening the door for her. They were infront of a large rundown building that looked a little past its prime. "Well shall we?" He asked taking her hand in his and walking up to the building. He stopped, moved a plank of wood and revealed a thumb print scanner. Placing his digit on it it scanned then the door infront of them opened. "Welcome dear...to the all exclusive Shadowed moon night club" |
Charlotte slowly followed Mizuki into the night club. She had never really been in one especially not one that was so secretive. She followed Mizuki closely as they went farther into the club. She instinctively placed her hand into Mizuki's for comfort not really sure what to expect. "So, do you come here often?" She stammered slightly over the music.

He gave a little laugh at the fact that she grabbed his hand as if she was scared. it was a bad thing to think of but at the same time she should be scared. If only she had knowen the place that Mizuki had taken her to. "shall we get a drink?" he asked her as he headed over to the bar "I will get a bloody merry....with....a- today" he said to the tender.

Charlotte looked up at Mizuki unsure of what to say. She had never ordered a drink before and just asked him to surprise her as she continued to look around the club, still slightly unsure of what she was wearing and where she was.

Mizuki looked at her ordered a long island icetea without looking at the bartender. Everyone that was in the club was dressed in the same manner they where. Some maybe even a little in the extreme...As soon as the drinks were on the counter he picked them up and looked to Charlotte "come with me" Mizuki said as he turned into a direction of a dor that had two body guards on either side and a red rope tied infront. As soon as the guards saw him approach the red rope was removed and he simply walked in.
Inside was plush pillows in different areas scattered around the room. Mostly filled with couples talking and laughing in the dimly lit room. Mizuki led her to the back corner where pillows of different silk lined the walls in a nook with a same table infront. "Have a seat" he said as he set the drinks upon the table and took a seat himself. |
