I am reading: Ranma 1/2, Codename: Sailor V (haven't gotten Sailor Moon yet), Black Butler, Ouran High School Host Club, ..... and a couple others that I can't remember right now ><;

Black Butler, Detective Conan, Magic Kaitou, Pet Shop of Horrors, re-reading Yu Yu Hakusho, .Hack//Legend of the Twilight, and Devil May Cry. There might be more but those are most of them.

Currently I am re-reading some of my old Naruto (online at least, don't have the paper versions in front of me). Tiva has one she wants me to read, but I can't remember what it is.

Currently reading Natsume Yuujinchou. It's completely different from what I'm used to and I find it utterly refreshing.

Hollow Fields is awesome by the way! Made by an American, but looks like the book came straight from Japan.

My list for manga has quiet large but I can give a few, March Story, AI ORE!, Nobleness, Persona 3, many more.
