@Asami; I don't think Hermes even realized he was being swatted with a cane. *hands Asami an extra cane* Here! *continues swatting Hermes with her cane*

....Why are we swatting people with canes?

Coda 09-02-2014 02:56 AM

Because something like this.

Espy 09-02-2014 03:07 AM

Why....are we beating dead horses...

Coda 09-02-2014 03:12 AM

Can't answer that one.

Kaguya 09-02-2014 06:59 AM

Beating a horse because it was the donkey's day off?

Because that's what my Bop-It cane told me to do.

So who are we bopping?

Chloe 09-02-2014 11:39 AM

Yes, it's hard to believe we have known each other that long and I think due to real life, me moving overseas and a new time zone was one of the many of the reasons why we didn't speak much. I always seemed to miss people cause everyone would be active while I was in bed. I rarely speak to many from the old sites anymore, people worrying about college, finding jobs, having families, etc.. It really makes it harder to keep in touch and when you do, it's like... omg, this isn't the same person anymore.. what do I say..

I am kind of dreading going back in a year time and meeting up with two of my friends from school cause I know it will be like, is this is the same person I went to school with? Probably be odd at first cause it's been a few years since I chatted face to face with them due to both living 20 - 30 mins away from me and one didn't have her own car so we couldn't arrange much cause I didn't have license.. I had a car.. lol.. that was one thing my parents made sure of.. I was paying for Mom's old car since the escort was written off..

and I guess I never updated you much either.. we lost my grandmother in November last year than my sister passed away in December.. I get a little emotional over it.. especially since they both shared the same birthday, so it's a double whammy for me when June 20th rolls around... Other than that, getting job interviews but just not finding the right job yet.

*Lurks around* Hmm...to join or not to join the "beating a dead horse" craze, that is the question.

Nah, you don't need to join, that'd just be beating a dead horse.

Hermes 09-02-2014 01:00 PM

Everyone, Coda! He'll be here all week folks.

Coda 09-02-2014 01:03 PM

Thank you, thank you very much. Tip your waitress! Try the veal!

Hermes 09-02-2014 01:06 PM

Always tip your waitress, their bosses are allowed to count expected tips as part of their wages for living =T

And tip them directly. If you just leave it on the table, someone will steal it, or it goes into a pool, gets divvied up, and taxed right back to the state, they never see any of it.

Just a little insight on tipping from someone who works in a job where he gets tips!

Kaguya 09-02-2014 02:27 PM

Seriously?
Not like that over here.
