I want to say I have 389 because I remember thinking "hoshit that is SO much more than I thought." but I've only cut strips of paper three times, and each time I cut strips I get about 100 stars, and I still have strips left over, so 289 makes more sense.

Blaine; Yeah, these just not as colorful because I don't have colorful paper.
