Ahhh, no school. I hardly have a job, too. They've only been giving me two days a week. And, this week, I was in the hospital for the first day. I really don't feel like searching for a new job, but.. oh well. |

I hardly have a job in a sense too since i usually only work 2 days a week. My boss knows if I only get one I'll start complaining though xD I've been searching with no avail D: It suuucks. Speaking of I meant to apply to walmart while i was there to day. DANGIT!! It'll be fine if I be staff there because my job has me working on location at walmart anyway haha.
I didn't know hospitals had jobs for people with no training in anything. Though it does make sense I didn't think of it xD; What jobs are there do you know? There's a hospital like two miles for my house lol xDD yay lobster! |

I want to change my title to either "Don't Diss the Dance" or somethign to do with the dance, "Cutting Loose and Going Crazy" which is part of a quote about the Jitterbug dance, Or Something that's more relevant to how I actually got the nickname. Or even something to do with the scene they cut out of The Wizard of Oz about jitterbug. o-o Thoughts? |
Lol, no... I mean.. in the emergency room. Not for work. I've had some serious GI issues, recently. The most pain I've ever felt in my LIFE! /shudder Getting much better, now. But yes, you can get a job in a hospital with no training. As it happens, my mom works at the hospital I went to. She started off in the cafeteria, though. You could get a job in human resources or patient services. Insurance verification, collections, etc.. A lot goes on in a hospital. |

Yeah. I found out that if you don't call and say something like, "I just put in an application and I was wondering if you were still hiring?" They probably won't call you. Everyone waits for the person that wants the job so bad that they call up and try harder to get it. |
Yeah i know which I hate so much! The phone makes me so nervous calling and all. I'd rather walk in and talk to the person face to face. One job i want is at a coffeeshop -is a coffelover- But they're not hiring I just filled an application for them anyways. So is it even right to call them? xD
So instead i just drive up to there on the days I work. Of course I am showing up in a white sleeve button shirt and black slacks and shoes. So I don't stick around long. |

Even if people aren't hiring, checking for when they are makes an impression. Nowadays, people only want people that -want- the job. I don't know who -wants- to work at McDonald's... but that's what they look for, lol. |
Hey I'm desperate enough for a second job even mcdonalds will do right now lol. And you make a good point. I'll check again like next month if they're hiring. For now I'll just show up every week ordering coffee =D Which i plan to do tomorrow.

I haven't applied to gas stations, and so far every time i go to walmart with the intention of applying I forget and do something else! xP

I sat down at a Walmart's application computer, once. That application took FOORRRREEEVVVUURRR. xD Gas stations tend to pay above minimum wage... what with the risk and all. |

Well like I said I prefer to do things in person so I plan on using the machine not applying online. ooh they do? And risk....of being robbed? I think I'd finally stop smiling then, it's almost impossible to make me not smile. I mean...how do you not when you're happy like all the time? o.o But it's a nervous habit now too ;>> So long as you got work in a more busy area and especially not during hours people aren't around like late night. =O |
I mean they've got a computer and a chair inside the Walmart that you apply at. Lol. Well, the closest one to me is right across from an Air Force Base. So it'll mostly be Air Force people coming in. I doubt they have that many problems. But they're never hiring! |
