I might've been able to afford art there once upon a time if I paid in items. but I gave away all my crap so I'm not going back.

You're either good.. and sell your art for 0.5 miL per piece like I do 8D

Or you're not...and people just ignore you =P

Gaia's art community is really cruel at times

also why I don't bother with art on there: the artists all seem incredibly stuck up and rude.

How would you price the art in my Trisphee artshop in Gaian terms? Or would you price it at all? XD

that's because there's so many artists on Gaia, you have to be exceptionally good to get any business at all.

Yeah I used to be friends with a few artists (I don't know if you know her, but her name was yoko-somethingorother) it was a few years ago... But yeah, she was nice enough but her art was in the millions even a few years ago.

THIS is what I mean by overpriced. =/ I wouldn't pay more than 50k for that even at Gaia's inflated prices.

oh, and you're right, that shop is ridiculously overpriced.

I mean... they're... sketches. They're a style I love, but they're just sketches. =/

That IS overpriced. D= 300k for sketches makes no sense unless they are gorgeously shaded sketches. I've seen sketches that look like a ton of time was put into them.

My shop is overpriced because
1- I dont want a ton of orders
2- I know the people who really want it would still pay
3- I put too much effort into them to sell for less. My time is gold >>

I had a couple of shops on Gaia. xD I always tended to abandon them cuz I'd get too many orders and get stressed out. xDDD
