Bee nodded and glanced at Dan, "You wanna be in the cockpit beside him or should I?" she asked.

"By all means, go ahead," Dan replied. She didn't seem to have any interest in how the Juttle functioned.

So Bee nodded and strapped herself into the seat beside Raven. "Ready when you are." she told him.

And so Raven slowly but surely checked everything before taking off toward the coordinates Wolfe had sent. He kept a cool head on him the entire time; like he had done this many times before. Since that call he was much more serious than he normally was.

Once they were in the air and stabilized, Bee went to get some food ready for Raven. Soon he would be able to put it on auto pilot. When she was done she took the food and sat beside him again, "What exactly is going on with Laurel?" she asked quietly as she held the food out to him.

Raven waited for a moment until the plane was on autopilot before turning to Bee. He took the food, but he didn't seem too hungry at the moment. "... Uh..." he replied quietly as he looked at the food, "Well, her father was in a coma. But he started to wake up, so Laurel went to be with him. But he's hurting her."

It was a simple dish, rather bland and easy to eat since Raven hadn't looked that hungry.

Bee's eyes widened at Raven's words, "He... what?" she asked, dumbfounded.

Still, Raven didn't look to intent on forcing himself to eat right now. He didn't say anything as he poked at it a little.

Bee cussed a little as she sat back in her seat, "What do they want you to do?" she asked quietly.

Raven shrugged a little.

Bee sighed, "Does Nic know?"

"... No," he replied quietly. "But, for some reason, Wolfe doesn't want Nic to find out."

Bee sat up and looked at Raven, "Isn't that... rather harsh?" she asked, "Not telling him? I feel like he'll be terribly upset when he eventually finds out... Do you know when he's supposed to be back at the mansion? It'll be pretty obvious something is up when he finds we're all gone."

Raven shrugged, "I have no idea," he replied. "Nic gave no hint about when he'd return."

Bee nodded, "Then I guess we just have to hope that he stays away for awhile." she paused, "Do you think we should call him and let him know we're leaving. We wouldn't say anything about Laurel of course..."

Raven thought about it awhile. "I'm not sure how suspicious of a person he is," he replied. "But I'm not sure if I'd call him to let him know we're leaving under any other circumstances."
